Can anyone tell me why, when I go to a legitimate website, I get a big yellow screen saying, "Warning: Security Risk Ahead? I am trying to go to real websites, for instance it will not let me go to www.equifax.com I know this is a real website, but Mozilla won't let me access it. Not only that, but once Mozilla rejects it, I can't access the site through any other browser. Please help. I need to get into these sites.

Hi,
I am developing a WYSIWYG site through Adobe Portfolio. When viewed in the editor, image elements are in the correct position.
However, when viewed in FF, they are a long way out of position. In Chrome and Edge, they are much better, but still out by a small amount.
Please see attached screen dumps.
Any ideas? I suspect it is a combination of coding generated by the editor and the way FF interprets the code.

Steve

I got the pop-up about FF 78.0.1 so went to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/78.0.1/releasenotes/ and clicked on "Download Firefox" (https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/download/thanks/). The download dialogue (image attached) that appeared said that it wanted to download "Firefox 78.0.1esr.dmg". The "esr" in the filename surprised me, as I'm not on any ESR release train. Why is it named that and not "Firefox 78.0.1.dmg", similar to its predecessors?

I'm on Windows 10 but still use Windows Live Mail. I used to be able to click the "Email Link" icon on my Firefox toolbar to automatically mail the current URL to someone using Live Mail. I can go into Options>Applications>mailto and link it to xlmail.exe but I can't add the argument "/mailurl:%" to the end of the command line so that it properly constructs an email message. This used to work - does anybody have a suggestion (other than finally abandoning Live Mail or Firefox)?
Thanks.

Is it possible to open Firefox from command line (or shortcut) without loading the URL or tab bars?
My current workaround is to load the URL and then click a bookmarklet which opens the tab in a popup window. Is there a way to open a link directly in a popup window?
I've scanned about:config to no avail, and it seems all the popup extensions just do what my bookmarklet does.
Ideally there would be a command line flag like --popup which does exactly that, but the closest thing I could find is --headless and --kiosk which don't work that way.
I also made a new profile named "popup" and intended to add extensions which hide the nav bar, but it looks like extensions aren't allowed to do that any more.

Every day the first time I run Firefox I get a popup in the top right corner saying 'Get the new Microsoft Edge". I've seen the links to turning off 'Get tips, tricks and suggestion' in settings; this is a company laptop and that is set to off by my company.
The thing is I do have Edge and I use it, it just isn't my default browser. Any suggestion?

I used to take print to study contents offline and I almost always use Mozilla as a browser. Recently I noticed that I was unable to print a full page in a simple website. Understandable that firefox team has been busy working upon the print bugs, but the page and the website I am referring to is Purely HTML and CSS; and for some reason firefox cuts out the rest of the pages from print except for the first.(i.e) to say it prints only the top part of the page..
Though I work with Ubuntu I have crosschecked with Win8.1 and TOR version of firefox which had the same shortcoming, with the website I was referring to. However other browsers such as the Safari and Chrome seem to do fine with this regard. Kindly check for yourselves and let me know if I am going wrong somewhere. Also please Avoid recommending any add ons to accomplish the task at hand.
The thing is the website I was referring to is of very simple make and may help the team to shoot the bug if any, with an easier test case such as this.
With love and Thanks

Why can't I access, comment on Facebook now with the new upgrade? I'm ready to just delete Firefox and go with Safari, and hopefully never the dreadful Google Chrome.
I need help. I'm certain it's just a checkbox somewhere but I don't have hours to peruse multiple articles and online gibberish to try to find it.
Can someone actually help - Not the standard I tried, this and that, but actual help and definitive direction?
