I am having icloud calendar issues in the firefox browser. Recently apple changed some of how their calendar looks in a browser. At the same time I began noticing icloud calendar events are getting messed up in firefox. Events from the day before are often missing. Events on the current day are 5 hours later. However, if in another browser, like Brave & Chrome, the calendar events are correct. I prefer to use Firefox. Recently, I was browsing a website when Firefox (Windows 10, version 122) suddenly showed me an info bar asking me to turn on DRM content. While the message seems clear, I still wish to ask if it may be possible that websites force Firefox to download DRM modules and load them against my choice (and if possible to explain, how Firefox knows that DRM content is present on the page to begin with).

Help. Ionos is my website host. My site works just as I want it to using Firefox with popup images. Problem is when I look at same site using Google Chrome nine different popups on lines 828-870 further down page do not popup those popups like lines 455, 460,467, 477, 675 and 685 do when rolling mouse over highlight words when I use Firefox. I was taking a Government mandated test conducted by NTN, this exams are proctored and I have to run lock down software in order to take them, have webcam on etc. Part of the process is making sure that no other software is open and running in my task bar, which the proctor verifies. While I was about an hour into the test everything was shut down and I was notified by browser that the proctor shut my exam down and I needed to contact support.

So I opened a ticket and they told me that their software detected Firefox launching in the background. Because of that the proctor took action and disqualified me for cheating/opening software during an exam.

The huge frigging issue is, I DID NO SUCH GODDAMN THING. Firefox was 100% off and I never even went near the goddamn thing, they watch everything you do on screen as well and my mouse never even moves towards the taskbar at all. I was in the middle of watching a video clip in the exam to answer questions about it.

Long story short, I'm in a lot of trouble. I'm not going to jail or anything like that, but I am being accused of cheating and have had the job offer rescinded. I really needed this job and wouldn't jeopardize it in a million years. Like come on ffs it was a video about what you would do in a situation, what the hell am I going to Google??

Can anyone offer any insight, or some way to prove to them that I didn't do anything. Is there some Windows log or Firefox log or something that would show that I never launched it? NTN Tech support feels that it was some sort of background process or update, but the rules are the rules.

I never really used firefox password before, I decided not to use the master password function, but today Pocket was not opening, i was prompted for password, so I changed my firefox password, and now icon at top of screen says my firefox account is disconnected? Help! .

Firefox crashed and when it did all my history was gone. All of it. For months if not years. I need to get the history from about the last month back. I am not asking for community people to answer as I already checked that and there is no accountability, clarity, ability to confirm etc. etc. etc. I am asking the engineers at Mozilla to please give me the method that will surely work and is user friendly. I am willing to pay a small fee if necessary.

As I am a corporate website administrator and I use an ultra-wide monitor with a resolution of 3840x1600 pixels, I need to be able to run firefox with window size of full HD to verify the compatibility of the site for common displays.

How can I ensure that the Firefox window always starts at this size?

In the case of Chrome, you just add the parameter -window-size=1920,1080

Unfortunately, this solution does not work here (so it worked in older versions).

I found some plugins that promised this, but none worked correctly.

I find the option to set a default size to be very basic and essential and prevents me from switching from Chrome to Firefox.

When using multi-point headphones (I'm using open-runs) that are connected to my Windows 10 computer, while Firefox is open, the headphones think that audio is playing, even when it is not.

Closing Firefox fixes the issue, but playing any music from youtube/soundcloud and then pausing it does nothing to tell the multi-point headphones that audio is no longer playing.

Any help on getting Firefox to not do this is appreciated.

I have tried using autofill for credit cards. The pop up to enter a password pops up and I fill that in. The credit card options are there and I click on the one I want and nothing fills in. I went to settings to turn off the request for authentication, unticked the box, and see no where to save that. When I refresh the screen, the box is once again ticked.

Hello, Firefox is set as my default browser. However, when I click on a link in an email or website, it always open in Chrome. I cannot get it to open in Firefox. thanks for your help.
