I use Firefox on at least three different devices, and my Firefox account is linked on all these devises. And I have a huge amount of bookmarks, and almost daily create new bookmarks, as well as store links into existing bookmarks on my Linux Laptop. The problem is that when I then later use my Android smart phone or my Android Samsung Tablet, the bookmarks are not reflected in the same user friendly fashion as it was created or seen on my Linux Laptop. So much so that it is extremely user unfriendly and nearly impossible to store a link into an existing bookmark or to create a new sub-bookmark into an existing bookmark - also because the bookmarks can not be collapsed or navigated as easily as on my main device, which is the Linux Laptop. I need Firefox to reflect my bookmarks in exactly the same fashion and same order as I create them, and I need the bookmarks be be collapsable and navigable. I really want to use Firefox, but this disability forces me to now use Chrome, and I do not want that. Please fix the bookmarks in Firefox. I have made Firefox my default browser and am attempting to import my bookmarks from my AVG browser. However, when the choice menu appears, all browsers are shown except AVG. Any help appreciated. TIA.

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of searching and organizing bookmarks on the Android app using tags. I have recently organized years of Firefox bookmarks on the desktop app by tagging my bookmarks and removing them from folders. I would very much benefit from being able to use a tag-based workflow on mobile as I do on desktop. I notice this question was first raised about 10 years ago. I would like to know if there are any updates, or if perhaps there is an add-on that can fill this gap. Thank you!

I find the process of adding bookmarks really difficult. I have a ton of them and I need to keep them organized, so I have to add them to the correct folder when I make them. So on mobile, I have to go to the menu, tap add, quickly tap the "edit" button before it goes away, navigate out of mobile bookmarks to desktop bookmarks, scroll past every single folder and subfolder I have (there are a lot) and finally get to save my bookmark. Then, when I find something else I want to remember in the same category, I have to do the same 6-step process because the browser doesn't automatically navigate to the last folder I saved to. If anyone knows of a way to make the process shorter I would be very grateful.

I have Firefox on my desktop and iPad and both are synced. I love Firefox on my desktop but, honestly, I have to continue to use Safari on my Ipad because the iOS version of Firefox is nowhere near as good. One of my biggest obstacles to converting to Firefox on my iPad is trying to save bookmarks so I can access them on my desktop. When I bookmark a page on my iPad I cannot find it's location on my desktop. Can you please advise where Firefox places bookmarks that are saved on my iPad. Thanks

I would LOVE to see the option to either

• save bookmarks to the last selected location
• or to set a different default location than „mobile bookmarks“

The background d is that I usually never want to save to mobile bookmark folder, and almost exclusively use the bookmark bar or even a specific „sort“/„inbox“ folder in it.

Is there a way to achieve this on iOS already?

Recently my ipad updated the app to v106. Before the new bookmarks would save by where the latest bookmarks were at, now they are appearing above the older ones kinda messing with my folders I have on top.

How do I show Firefox bookmark toolbar on my iPad Pro, that I setup on my iMac? Is there some other way to access all my bookmarks I’ve set up in Firefox on my iMac?

I just downloaded Firefox to use on my Chromebook and Android phone to replace Google Chrome. I want to import my bookmarks from Google Chrome, but it says I can only do that by clicking on the "three bar" or "hamburger icon" menu button, which I can't find anywhere on either my Chromebook or phone. I've been searching for where to find it or ways to make it show up, but nothing works, not even hitting ALT on my keyboard. If I can't import my bookmarks from Chrome to Firefox, then I'll just go back to Chrome. Has anyone had this problem before and/or knows what to do to fix this?

Why haven't Firefox developers provided a method to automatically sort bookmarks alphabetically for Android users? It's been years since any progress on this issue. Your Android users should not be ignored!!! Is there a problem with Google? Vesa2789

There are lots of “one person has this problem” under questions about the bookmarks bar in iOS. Are you ever going to address this or should we all switch back to safari? Cheers C

It said all the bookmarks would be saved if I upgraded to the latest version but all the bookmarks on my phone are gone. Are their instructions on to restore bookmarks after doing the upgrades?

I am using a fire fox browser in my windows PC and i would like to have the same book mark tool bar displayed on my android fire fox app. in addition is there is any way to keep opened tabs sync always; meaning having the same mirror on both devices.
