Until yesterday everything was fine. I was able to complete recaptcha. But when I tried searching something today, I couldn't do it because of the recaptcha. It was stuck on infinite loading. Every website I visited the problem was there. I tried fixing it from the tips I found in the forum here but nothing seems to work. I was frustrated. Then I tried Brave browser and it was working. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data? I used to be able to print my usernames and password list. I can only see it in an abbreviated form using the latest Thunderbird revision (with Microsoft). Any suggestions?

I'm trying to give permission to a website to use my microphone, but if I copy in the web address, the "Allow" button doesn't appear & so when I hit "save changes" nothing happens.

Dear sir, madam, I have a Thunderbird account. I have access to it and to the menu, but I have to put a password in to receive my new emails. I don't know my password and have tried really everything that is suggested on your website to get my password, renew it, access a reboot-option etc: nothing works - I still keep getting a window where I am asked to put in the password for my account. Things I've tried. Adding exceptions in the privacy settings in 2 seperate areas. Resetting Browser deafults. Turning off all vpn's and addons.

My Thunderbird password has been compromised and I've been trying to create a new password for my email inbox. I've followed all the guides but just can't seem to do this!! My email location does not appear in 'saved passwords' which doesn't seem to be helping...please help!!

I have used for many years Java in Firefox to stream live a stock market app. In order to continue using that app I have to use now Microsoft Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox. Is there a solution?

I get the message under Settings: "Your browser is being managed by your organization". Clicking on that message shows that the policy DisableAppUpdate is true. Methods for remeding this situation do not work. Please advise on how to change the policy to allow update please

I have 6 gmail accounts which until last Thursday were all working fine on Thunderbird. However, I received an email for my main account from google telling me that they were switching on 2 step authentication, whether I wanted it or not.

After that imap stopped working for this 1 account. So I logged out of google for this account, and logged in again, using 2 step via phone. Still not working.

So I checked all my Imap settings with googles instructions, updated from the default smtp server, and still nothing.

Went back to google, and found I could switch off 2 step verification which I did. Thunderbird now partially works. I can download emails but when I come to send or save as draft, I get the error message as shown.

I have the "Autofill in other apps" service set to Firefox but when I attempt to enter a password in any app, I get a message taht says "Unlock Firefox." Tapping on this message does nothing; the message just keeps popping up. No password options appear. If I manually start typing the password, the message goes away, but I am not able to autofill passwords in apps.

If I turn the Autofill in other apps service off, at least I don't get the annoying message, but I'd really like to be able to autofill the passwords. Any suggestions?

Hello,

With the previous version of Mozilla Firefox, I was able to preview my work by passing privacy.file_unique_origin to false.

Now with the new update (95.0), it doesn't work anymore.

Can you please provide a solution to this issue?
