Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

I have Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop computer. As of today, I cannot see my Firefox on my Android smartphone. The problem started when I saw that my computer desktop Firefox would not automatically update. When I tried to update manually, I lost my ability to use my Android Firefox. Don't know what to do next.

My computer restated itself with an update. Now Firefox and all my bookmarks and saved log in info is gone. I normally can solve this by simply logging in and syncing from my phone. Firefox will not open a log in page from any of the icons on any Firefox page. I can log in using Chrome but of course sync from there is not possible. I can log in on my phone also. The problem is either my Mac settings or the Firefox settings on that computer. I have searched FAQ etc. No clear solutions can be found.

According to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-set-firefox-sync-firefox-android, there should be a Sync and Save Date option in Firefox Android Menu, but it's nowehere to be found.

I am using the current version of fire fox and am using the same smail on both devices.

I tried using using the QR scanner from the dialogue box in the firefox keyboard, however that only brings up a "Did you use the system camera? You must pair from within the Firefox app." display.

The option is still missing from the menu.

I’ve used Firefox for many years on both my pc and mobile and keep them both up to date and use sync. However recently when using the app and wish to enter my username and password with autofill, after using my phones passkey, I can find the website on my password list but the username and password are not being displayed and will not autofill to the website I am attempting to use. However, when I am using the website on my pc I have no issues at all. Even after manually entering the username on the app password list and attempt to access it again at a later time, the username and password are not being displayed or deleted. Please see attached photo as an example.

I am unable to sync my Meta Quest 2 FireFox bookmarks and data with my PC Firefox browser I press "sync" on VR but nothing happens. I am signed in under the same account for both devices

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

Help me synch all passwords from Firefox on my MS Surface Pro to my new iphone 15promax. It was synching just fine with my iphone 13 but with new phone I am lost. I have selected the option to Sync passwords but it is not working.

I have installed and enabled sync under the same Mozilla account on my desktop and laptop. The only thing that seems NOT to sync between them is my add-ons. There was no sync error log when I checked. I have already tried logging out and logging back into my Mozilla account on both computers, turning off my antivirus real-time protection, double-checking my sync settings, and restarting both my computers.

This issue is beyond frustrating. Does anybody have any additional suggestions to save my sanity by correcting this issue? I would appreciate any assistance that is provided! Thank you!

Hi, I did a clean install from win10 to win11, then installed firefox and logged in to my account but it havent synced anything? All my saved passwords and bookmarks are gone!?

Can someone please help me get them back! Does anyone have a solution for this?

Read something about that a backup is saved on your computer? Isnt saved to a cloud? Thats what a thought! I have done a clean install on a new drive, old drive i already wiped aswell! Doesnt have a windows.old dir or anything.

Please tell me everything isnt lost!

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?
