I find it very difficult using Awsome screenshot, in fact I never use it, but used to use it, when it was on my tool bar, can I get it back there.

I cannot drag it from "customise tool bar" as it does not show there, it shows in my list of add ons, I have tried removing it, then reinstalling it.

After installing Firefox on a new computer, where everything worked fine, I installed a number of fonts. Afterwards, all of text within Firefox appear to be in some version of Arabic. I have tried resetting, deleting and reinstalling, changing the Firefox language, and deleting fonts. None of these seem to work. Firefox is set to English US.

Whenever i sign into youtube and then close the window when i come back ive been signed out and have to sign in again. i have "delete cookies and site data when firefox is closed" off and dont know what else to do

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. It doesn't matter which regular website I call up - it also happens when I call up the Mozilla Firefox page.

It is as if my website call is executed twice: once normally and everything is displayed correctly. And once as an extra tab with an alleged page loading error where the connection has failed.

How can I prevent these additional tabs with the error message from constantly popping up and being displayed? I have not made any other settings and Firefox has always worked perfectly so far. It doesn't happen with Google Chrome, for example - so it's not my PC.

Can you help me?

I have a NAS server, where I save all my data. When I type the local address 192.168.2.10:5001 I always get the warning That this is a malicious site. I havo enter I know the risk etc. which cost me time and is useless, since my NAS server is under my control.

I have tried to put the server address in several exceptions, but they disappear.

Every time i go onto a site like YouTube, Chess.com, ChatGPT etc, it asks for my login each time and i know there is a setting for it to remember me so i do not have to log into my account every time i use the site but I have looked everywhere and still fail to see it. Where about can i turn this setting on so i do not have to sign into my profile to use the relevant site. Thank you.

I have cox comm. for internet and emails, they just changed their server to yahoo.com. Now I cannot sign into thunderbird to send or receive emails.

I have been getting the "new version available, download now nag for over 2 weeks, and I have the latest version. Still get this issue repeatedly every day. Starting to become an every hour nag to update and install latest version of Firefox. Refuse to use Microsoft Edge or Chrome, and will switch off Firefox too if not rectified.

Hi there, I have noticed that my Win11 Asus laptop is always short on RAM (16GB available), with Firefox taking up a significant amount even with only a few tabs open.

As you can see by the attached image, when I go to 'about:processes' it shows that GPU processes alone are taking up nearly 1GB of memory, with the only tab running being the 'about' page. I only have 6 extensions (uBlock Origin, Zotero, Containers etc) none of which are meant to be RAM intensive.

What are these GPU processes that are running, and how can I reduce the memory used by them?

This has started to happen whenever I try to do a Google search. I type in something into the search box and before I can go any further I'm hit with having to go through reCaptcha. This is a major pain in the butt. How can I disable this?

It doesn't happen when I use other search engines - just Google.
