With the moving of Cox emails to Yahoo would it be feasible for Thunderbird to put an instruction list(with screenshots) of how to get all our TB email accounts from Cox to TB? Do we have to delete all our TB email accounts and re-enter them into TB under the new Yahoo or can we just change the server settings on the existing Cox settings? If just changing server settings what are the settings for the new yahoo? All my accounts are IMAP so if instructions could be made, maybe one for IMAP and one for POP for those who use either. Thank you

The export function in the Tools dropdown only allows for export of "accounts, messages, address books and settings to a ZIP file." I have never actively marked emails as threads. I've tried to remove the "threads" function in the folder settings, but it doesn't seem to have helped in some cases. I also need help with getting the email "unstuck" from the thread structure, I have tried "Ignore threads" and "Ignore subthreads" with the result that the email disappeared. The documents I have seen have not been of any help. Reply preferably to my usual e-mail address, have a bit of ours with mail in the G-mail account.

I have set up a number of Message Filters to automatically run when new email is recieved. None of the run automatically on new email. This is frustrating on it own however I can’t even run them manually on individual filters for the inbox. I have recently moved to Thunderbird for my primary mail client from Mac Mail and definitely like it better, but filters not working and working perfectly in Mac Mail makes it difficult to switch over completely.

First up, I'm a happy user of Thunderbird with some years of experience. I make use of filters, and up until about 2 weeks ago they all worked. Now two of my filters (not all) have stopped working automatically, and I have to go to Tools/Message Filters and run them manually.

I'm on TB 102.15.1.

I have deleted the non-working filters and re-created them. No change in behavior.

I would NOT like to de-install/re-install TB because it's a good deal of work, and TB is a critical system for me.

That said, I keep a laptop computer for travel, and the filters work on that platform. IS THERE A WAY to copy a file or folder over from the working laptop onto my desktop machine, where the filters have failed?

I believe Mozilla is now the server for Thunderbird? I don't even know if that is accurate (part of my confusion). I followed prompts and confirmed my email address, apparently I now have a user name. I still can't send or receive emails. Can you help. I need step-by-step instructions, please.

I am using firefox 120.0 version. I use OneDrive extensively, but now when I open a folder and type my info to search on. It no longer works. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Power off/Power on my system. Confirmed I am using the latest version. The search on OneDrive works in Chrome, but I prefer using Firefox. Any other suggestions I can try?
