I am trying to log on to my account at SketchUp. At the login page i hit get started and a black page come up except in the top left corner is typed "Firefox not responding" the page hangs a few moments then it takes me back to SketchUp login. I have not had any recent updates done or required since last logged in and that was yesterday all worked well.

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

Yesterday my Thunderbird was sending but NOT saving sent messages. I was receiving all messages. Today, however, I CANNOT RECEIVE or SEND messages. I have used Thunderbird on this computer for years . . . what has happened?

how can i stop thunderbird from interacting with windows defender anti virus scan? when ever i download or delete emails i get a few seconds of "not responding " and the whole computer is non responsive. i used to be able to turn off real time scan in security and it would work for a day and then windows would enable it again. now since the last upgrade windows isnt allowing me that option any more. solutions?

About 3-4 days ago, images no longer appeared inline and there isn't a button to show images, just an empty box. My T'bird is set to auto update, so not sure if an update caused this? Not sure if it's related, but at the same time, my rss feeds stopped due to "invalid security certificates." I did not make any changes to previous settings. Thanks for any suggestions!

I am asked to get a new password from my mail server (AOL) every day when trying to send messages. Have to log on to AOL, ask for app password, enter at Thunderbird. DAILY!

Hi. When replying to an e-mail, Thunderbird has started to place to input cursor in the TO field instead of the message text field (in this case it should be before the answered text).

Any ideas? BR Johnny

Using 115.10.1 and POP on Windows 10 Pro (v. 22H2) with just the Windows built-in virus protection enabled (but App or Browser Control is disabled). Platform seems stable, no evidence of nefarious services noted in task manager.

Realized the emails in InBox from a couple of days ago (and going back decades) were blank or had mismatched headers to content. Figured an index problem. Ran the Repair under 'InBox' folder Properties, and only a few of the most recent emails remain - all duplicates of which I had sorted into other folders.

All the other folders are fine - just my InBox got wiped! Looked in the Thunderbird folder under profiles and saw the above captioned with a time-stamp that captures the approximate time this went down - occum's razor. I did not initiate any update to Thunderbird.

Walking on eggshells and very nervous, we're talking thousands of emails, what is the recommended recovery of the InBox (after I attempt to backup what I have left). Thanks!

Today, most of messages have suddenly disappeared from my TB inbox, leaving only the most recent 105 out of approx. 18,000. I have not performed any operations (compacting, archiving...) that could have caused this.

I immediately invoked the 'Repair Folder' command, which did not resolve the problem. Further investigation revealed that the 'Inbox' file ('Profiles' folder) actually contains only 105 messages - seems like the 'Repair Folder' truncated the file!

Fortunately, all the messages are still on the server. My question: Is there a method to 'force' reloading of the missing messages?

Hello, I am trying to send emails from my iCloud account and it always fails due to the SMTP server timing out. I've tried making a new app-specific password, deleting and re-adding the account in Thunderbird, and made sure the authentication settings are right, but it still doesn't work. I can connect to the IMAP server just fine.

I have not had access to my email since the April 18 Thunderbird update, receiving this error message: "After changing password on an IMAP account, the account could become locked due to too many failed login attempts" How do I fix it? Running Thunderbird 115.10.1 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. Mail stopped communicating. Tried using the "Access Account Setup" for existing Email. Put in full name, email address and password and clicked continue to have Thunderbird configure the settings automatically. Did not work with auto settings (POP3). Went back to "Access Account Setup" for Existing Email and instead of clicking continue, I selected "Configure manually". Tried putting in the IMAP protocols and correct port settings, but the "Done" button is grayed out. I am at a loss of what to do to get my email back up and running and at the same time don't want to lose and emails/folders that are currently set up. Any help would be great.

Inputting either link in Brave gets me to the finish line but the first link above fails in Firefox with the "Secure Connection Failed" message and dumps me at https://www.synchrony.com/accounts/. The second link does the same.

Is there any way to troubleshoot the problem?

I HAVE tried shutting-down Malwarebytes but the result was the same.

This is the only site on which I have encountered this issue. All that I can determine at the moment is that that certificate is from DigiCert and the expiration date is in 2025, i.e., this is not a Symantec cert.

I don't use Google Chrome browser nor do I use MS Edge. After using the Mosaic browser, I switched to Netscape Navigator, then to Mozilla, and, finally to Firefox. I am not looking forward to migrating to another browser. ;-)

Several instances of this "verification.exe" malware appear on download history when firefox is opened as shown. Remove from history or clear downloads doesn't eliminate them. They reappear whenever firefox is opened.

Suggestions to eliminate this nuisance welcome.

When I right click the taskbar and press close Firefox, here comes the interface just as the screenshot uploaded. The blue close button doesn't response no matter how I click it and the Firefox's taskbar is flashing yellow. This bug only occurs on the first window of Firefox and only when user right click the taskbar.

It has been a long time for me wishing that some updates would be released soon to fix this issue, while noting happens. Or this bug is only for me?

Dear Thunderbird team,

yesterday I had a somewhat scary moment: I issued the "Archive" command by pressing "A" to archive all my mails from the Inbox, which took about 1-2 minutes. So far, so good. During this process, I changed the sound volume of my Mac using the keyboard buttons, which are right above the Backspace key. So I wasn't precise enough and hit the Backspace key while Thunderbird was archiving. That was a bad idea, because Thunderbird then started to delete all selected messages at the same time as it was archiving them! I was able to recover some e-mail from the Trash afterwards.

So I'd suggest that Thunderbird only allow one command to be executed at a time, lest they interfere with each other. Otherwise, I love Thunderbird.
