Ever since the update a couple of days ago my settings are so large that I cannot function in Windows. I am vision impaired, so I have Windows display set at 125 percent. This has never caused a problem with Firefox before. Please help!

Since firefox updated in the last few days my browser is not working properly. Every thing is overly large and I can not adjust it. And it keeps flickering and jerking every once in awhile It does not work if there is a drop down list. I can not click on the list.

Today is 7/29/2022. When I opened my computer this morning it said I had the latest Firefox Update. When I went to my Gmail the display is TOTALLY screwed up. How do I fix this? I have tried everything.

The new version of Firefox shows a huge image of a small portion of what used to appear as a page. I used to see the Firefox logo, Duck Duck Go search box and maybe four rows of my favorite web sites. Now I see the logo and search box, I have to scroll down to see four of my favorite websites. On my email site, I can't see the box to type my email in without scrolling. Help. How do I shrink the image to a usable size??

With latest update comes Windows' "Make text bigger" accessibility setting now affects all the UI and content pages, rather than only applying to system font sizes.

Can I disable this behavior via about config or any other way? Now top plate consume much more space of screen (I use "Make text bigger" equals to 144%), very disappointed.

Opening firefox or a new tab is huge. goingto sites kike CNN or Amazon also are too large to use easily. Al,ost like Zoomimg to 400 percent but I am at 100 percent

I am unable to see the whole screen and cannot access various tabs or buttons like the download, bookmarks, etc. The firefox screen is too large for my computer. This has occurred since the last update. Can I have the old version back??

After the last update whenever I use the Firefox browser are extremely zoomed in.

Using a viewport checker, its showing for some reason Firefox is displaying my DPR at 1.40. Default settings should usually have it at 1.00

However going into the setting shows everything with Firefox IS set to default (for example zoom is set at 100%, etc)

After trying to find a fix myself I found old Firefox forums suggestions to go into the config and adjust a certain value (the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx) which defaults to -1.0. While adjusting this value to about 0.75 made what appears in the browser window return to normal, the actual parts of the browser (the address bar, tabs etc) were made unreadably small.

I'm having to use Firefox with every single website zoomed out to 70%-80% cause whatever that last update did broke my broswer. Apart from the above fix I tried normal fixes such as clearing cache, doing a "refresh" of Firefox install.

To put it in short: Everything on my screen, when using firefox, from the bottom of the address bar down to the bottom of the screen, is about 40% zoomed in, however none of the settings are shown to have been changed from the default values.

So Mozilla automatically updated me to the latest version of Firefox browser for my PC (windows 10) and EVERYTHING is zoomed in to the point I can't even read my email. Half of it is off the page because of this ridiculous enlargement of every thing about this browser including the top bars on the browser. How can I fix this or do I have to, once again, install a previous version of Firefox, like I did with the last update? Thank you.

After installing version 103 on my ASUS solid-state laptop, the firefox home screen will not fit on my screen. it will not scroll right to be able to access the help button..

After the latest update (103.0) everything has grown larger, but the text. All images and interaction boxes. I have an example from a few months ago, is a different resolution but I was using the 4k for a while in 102 and there were no issues. No apparent option in settings to change the zoom/size of the bar. All other apps had nothing changed compared to this if that helps? If any other screenshots are needed please let me know, thanks!

I updated Firefox and now the type size is huge on most pages, I tried changing the size in the settings menu but it only changed it on my home page. How do I change it for all pages?

my ASUS laptop was automatically updated to Firefox version 103. it now will not fit my screen. i cannot see the right hand portion of the page and cannot find a way to access it.

What was changed on the last update.... All the pages I visited prior were compressed to the window size.... Now things seem larger and I now have to use the horizontal scroll to see the whole page...

Help, or I will have to revert to the previous version.....

Just upgraded to version 103. The tabs and text are gigantic! The view of my email provider and other places I load are way too big. Changing the size percentage on the toolbar does not help.

Firefox used to give me lots of room in the window, with icons the size of a pencil eraser and room to see 5 or 6 tabs across the top and all of my bookmark folders across the window. The zoom setting for content in the windows was 100%. I now have icons the size of my finger, room to see 3 tabs, the zoom set to 67%, and even with the window full screen I cannot see all of my bookmark folders. How to I get the old window settings back? I have no idea why the size definitions changed, and no idea how to reset it.

1. I have accepted "auto mode" for Firefox updates as promoted by Mozilla et al. Update I refer to was installed at PC shutdown on Thursday 27July22 AEST. I re opened browser next day to see my FF webpage background minimized to abt 75% relative usual settings and search bar text populated with tiny type font despite usual pre set zoom factor 110% and no applied font changes by moi. I am long sighted until within arms' length then I need significant optical corrections to deal with type and small stuff Eg. hand stitching on dark fabric as in hemming pants is now difficult; tiny hand held devices aka "mobiles phone" for me are not practical even with usual specs. For most of my 70 years I have viewed the world with just left eye hence reduced field of view, + close up perspective issues - vision sharp enough otherwise until I had to work with computers + poor monitors in the eighties, that induced rapid vision decline. HOWEVER with or without "computer spectacles" I don't need or want contents of web pages blown out to +/- 150% as it now appears when I attempt to go about my daily browse. Attempts to rectify via Control Panel functions were futile. And that's how I set up my previous "view". WHY do this unannounced? Windows 10 settings menu has pre set [not customizable] zoom factors - 25% increments and further spoils my attempts to rectify view to comfortable settings. CTRL+/- function IS NOT WORKING at all in Thundermail hence it remains uncomfortable and highly inconvenient to access.

2.Yesterday30Jul22 I wasted hours trying to locate sensible help in Mozilla community - https://www.askvg.com/fix-ui-scaling-and-large-fonts-issues-in-firefox-103-and-later-versions/ was all I could find worth risking BUT DOES NOT WORK to restore my former view - yes, re check after several re starts of PC show "solution" installed permanently but no revision to my screen view. I guess Mozilla techs quickly out manoeuvred this Windows hack or his solutions don't apply to my older version. WHY has MOZILLA DONE THIS? WHAT IS IT GOING TO DO TO RESTORE COMFORTABLE SENSIBLE BROWSER VIEW??

3. This "change" achieves nothing for users like me, less than nothing. It just confirms the unguided missile of US style business still lays waste to all who engage with it. If I am required to learn how to fix my own issues then I'd prefer real control over it and proper support.
