When I went to start firefox today on my MS Windows computer, I got a file error message saying pathway was corrupted (or something like that) and then the firefox app disappeared from my pinned toolbar. When I went and reinstalled it, all of my saved bookmarks and passwords were gone. How do I get them back?

My Laptop OS was dead, I unable to syncing my bookmark on new windows-10 OS and logging with gmail account.

how can i get the syncing bookmark on my laptop.

Is it possible to import bookmarks for a different Mozilla account. Apparently I have 2 different Mozilla accounts. I had been using (I'll call it account #1) for quite a while, and recently subscribed to Mozilla VPN service. When I subscribed i gave it login info for "Account #2". How can I keep the logon info for the VPN, and get my bookmarks imported from the old (routinely used account #1) ? Or, can I change the VPN service to the old account (account #1)? I know how to add another device to the VPN account, but the "accounts" are on the same "device".

My laptop windows was creached, after that i logged in on other laoptop but, unfortunatly the bookmark is not sync and showing/downloading after logged in. please look into this.

Hi, so on my office pc I work with firefox. I made an account specifically to store every bookmarks etc on that account so when my company updates something I'll always have my bookmarks. Unfortunately somehow since yesterday they all disapeared, and no I'm unable to recover them with the different methods that are foreseen on your website. please advise kr daniel

Can you recommend some kind of extension thet will only check current icons for the bookmarks? Just that. I don't need duplicate bookmarks checker, inactice checker and God knows what else checker. Just icons, that's good enough for me.

Mam dużo otwartych kart. Po zamknięciu kilku kart, gdy wyjdę z aplikacji (zminimalizuje ją) i wejdę ponownie karty które zamknąłem nadal są otwarte. Tak jakby otwierają się na nowo. To bardzo duży problem, nie mogę zamknąć kart. Nie znalazłem nigdzie odpowiedzi na ten problem Proszę o pomóc Pozdrawiam serdecznie

With the update to 115.10.0esr my bookmarks that were on the left hand side of the screen are gone. When I look at bookmarks there are a few, but I had multiple folders for different subjects, I do not find. I would like to have the procedure to return my bookmarks back to the left hand side of the screen with all of my bookmarks, bookmark folders, and other bookmarks like it was prior to the update. Good morning, I have a problem with disappearing bookmarks, but I can organise the backup of the places.sqlite, but I assume that won´t be enough to recover, therefore my question is, which files would be needed or is the one mentioned sufficient?

I followed instructions for adding bookmarks from html file. Got to "import from html" . I can see the html file I want to access, but when I push "open" nothing happens.

Why oh why, does Firefox not have an import button to move my bookmarks from another browser? I am trying to get rid of duck duck go and go back to using Firefox.

How do you export bookmarks to an HTML file when using FireFox for iOS? NO! I don’t want to use Sync! NO! There is no import/export menu option anywhere in the iOS version of FireFox.
