Hi my email address (all services) has been migrated to a new company so I've got a new server name and new imap and smtp port numbers all of which has been duly filled in in the correct boxes (as far as I know). The new server name is mail.mail.coop the old one is smtp.iomartcloud.com. Everything seems to be working ok, ie. there's the new account listed in the left-hand window with all the folders and subfolders and all the emails in the correct places, all working fine inc. send and receive. The old iomartcloud account is still there just above it with all the folders etc. but no send and receive because the service has now been closed by the server company (all my emails have been transferred to the new server. If I go to my webmail page also all is ok inc. send and receive. I have set the new mail.mail.coop as the default and I've been trying to find out how to delete the iomartcloud one.

The problems I have are two: 1. I can't seem to find any way to delete the iomartcloud account from thunderbird. 2. Whenever I close and restart thunderbird it's forgotten the mail.mail.coop account/identity. I have to go to new account > existing email (my email address hasn't changed) and put in name, password etc. It all works fine again but next time I close thunderbird......

I know the server is ok and I know the passwords, port numbers, server addresses, etc. are ok because it all works fine each time I create the new account (for the 50th time!), so there's some other problem I haven't yet identified. I've searched on this forum and elsewhere, and hunted all around the settings menus but to no avail.

I wonder could the two things be connected? If I could delete the old account maybe it would solve the other problem. Note that both the email address, name and password are the same for both accounts, only the server address is different (and the port nubers maybe as well). And could the second problem be to do with the security settings of my browser or os? (brave browser, linux zorin os).

If I have a chat open or the video has a chat replay instead of showing the chat it pops up a mini browser instead. It constantly duplicates itself too, causing the video to be unwatchable with the sound constantly repeating. I've seen a couple other people with this issue but have been unable to find a solution.

I keep needing to sign back into my main (default) Google account when I restart Firefox. Checked cookies and even disabled blocking of any cookies. Still same issue, and unique to Google. All other sites (Facebook, LinkedIn) stay signed in upon browser restart.

FIrefox is not loading new pages from the home page- it will load history I've saved or previous tabs, but opening a new tab and searching or typing in a website won't connect. Uninstalling and reinstalling briefly fixes the issue but as soon as my computer enters sleep mode the same thing happens. IS there a way to fix this? It's been happening for about a week now.

When photos, videos, or websites are linked on a FB comment, it used to display a thumbnail preview below the comment. Now it just shows the link. On mobile, the preview appears. So I'm thinking a setting got changed on the desktop version.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to correct?

I know that there is a generic Linux iteration that can be downloaded, but it does not appear to allow for use on ARM64. Is there a way that I can download, install, and access Firefox on my Orange Pi 5 Plus?

Firefox isn't having a memory leak (RAM and CPU usage stays the same) nor is it maxing my GPU or anything like that. But if I watch enough of a 1080p60fps stream or enough 1080p60fps content in general (this stream is a notable offender: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6OOnrx8g58), it'll start to slow down over time (generally a couple of hours) and [really chug and drop frames like its nobody's business: https://i.imgur.com/OmHqJ8a.png. This does not occur in Edge (the streams run silky smooth even after 2+ straight hours of watching), nor does it happen on other streaming sites like Twitch. It also doesn't happen in Firefox on my desktop.

Regular 1080p60fps videos are MOSTLY unaffected. The buffer wheel animation in most videos is choppy and moving back/forth with the 5-sec rewind/ff feature results in a short, choppy buffer wheel on a lot of videos(https://imgur.com/tm1AtkB), even if the video itself is mostly unaffected. Some more "intense" videos will make the fan speed go up. HD videos are *slightly* less smooth when in this state. Unpausing a video often results in a short buffer wheel before the video resumes if left paused for at least a minute or so. I also get a tiny TINY bit of frameskip on the occasional Twitter video while in this "state".

Its like the memory is "caching" something and killing the process clears that "cache", yet I have no idea what is actually doing this.

Refreshing the page/closing and reopening the stream stream has no effect, its like an affliction and will still be choppy when you reload. Restarting the Firefox session or killing the process the stream or a video is running through fixes it for awhile (even if the stream stilll drops more frames overall than it would in Edge), but it feels like I have an "allowance" of 1080p60fps content before these streams start to chug. Nothing else in-browser is lagging at all.

Outgoing emails are blocked. This pop up shows. Receiver can send emails in.

I have recently had a Computer Crash and have set up a new Computer. However, I cannot find a way to synchronize my old Bookmarks. Part of the Problem probably is that when the Syncing was originally set up, I was using a different User Name [e-Mail Address] to that I am using now. I have been using Firefox since 2006; and have an old Sync Key dating from some time in 2014; but cannot find a way to enter it into the current Firefox Settings. How do I recover my Bookmarks?

For some reason when I opened Firefox this morning, my Firefox home page did not have any of my shortcuts. They all disappeared. Please have a look at the image attached to see what I mean.

I spent almost the entire day searching up the issue on the Internet and trying different things but they all did not work.

would like to raise my concern my curiosity regarding a recent issue I encountered. Specifically, I need to address how my IP details are being accessed, especially when using enhanced protection measures. Additionally, I am concerned about the privacy aspects of private browsing and whether unauthorized individuals can gain access to my user details legally.

In Chrome, I can hit CTRL+SHIFT+I to open developer tools, add the Media tab, and go to the Media tab, and I can see the codec and what decoder is being used.

How do I do the same thing in Firefox?

I have been using 4 email accounts with TB for years now with no problems - 2 use IMAP gmail accounts and two POP mail accounts. In the last week, when I open TB (on a mac OS10.15.7) I am asked to enter the password for these two accounts. I have not changed the passwords for these two accounts anywhere else so I don't know why TB suddenly wants me to enter them. No matter what password I enter here, I am told the login failed and am asked to enter a new password. I enter a new password and go back to being asked for passwords again.

What password is TB looking for? Where is it stored so that I can look for it? When I go to Settings/Privacy and security/Saved passwords only passwords for the two gmail accounts are shown. Where can I find the passwords for the POP Mail Server and how do I reset them?
