I can login from other web browsers, but not Firefox. What's going on?

But then absolutely nothing happens. Please advise.

Whenever I open TB (115.10.1) new messages download. The problem is the newest message topic is in the Inbox list but it is hidden behind the column headings. I have to scroll the list down one message to see the newest message. Why is this?

Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

Hello. I have an iCloud e-mail address registered in my Thunderbird mail manager and it was working fine since I initiated it with Thunderbird about 3 months ago. In setting it up, I had to log-in to my AppleID and ask for an "App-specific-password", which I did back when I set it up. Strangely, 2 days ago when I opened Thunderbird, I immediately received a small pop-up window asking that I sign-in to the imap server with the password. After trying to close this out several times, I decided to enter the app-specific-password that was provided back when I set it up. This did nothing and I continued to get the pop-up messages which inhibited me from accessing whatever iCloud e-mails I had received up to that point. I am able to cancel out the window message and if I immediately open one of my 4 other e-mail addresses also within Thunderbird, I can use them and with no issues receiving or sending. So last night, I signed into my AppleID again and asked for another app-specific-password and entered the new one into the pop-up message window related to the iCloud e-mail address on Thunderbird. This then held and I was able to receive whatever was scheduled to come in. But this morning, it is back asking for a password again and the one I received last night doesn't seem to work. Am I now going to need to obtain an app-specific-password for only the iCloud e-mail account everytime I want to access that address? And I have tried using the check-off box in the pop-up message window that provides for saving the password. It makes no difference. This is very frustrating, and I am now thinking that using this open-source manager requires advanced operational skills and time-consuming adjustments and baby-sitting of the software, which I do not have the patience for. Any guidance would be helpful and most appreciated. I moved over to this to get away from Outlook and the ever-changing updates which always seem to be driving at getting by your privacy to access web preferences and communication resources. It seems everytime Windows updates, I need to visit every privacy control and insure they are set where I want them. Thanks for any help!

when I select "get messages" from thunderbird, the system opens the email and reads and notes many messages then sends a message to me saying what it had done, one line per message. Then it does nothing. There is no listing lof messages sent. There is nothing.

Why is Firefox autofilling the address bar with URLS I've never visited? There is a question on this from 5 years ago, with lots of suggestions. My problem is that Firefox is autofilling with sites that contain confidential login information.

In Firefox the date format is set at „month, day, year“, but I need „day, month, year“.

I tried all the solutions, I even installed Firefox - English (British) version, but nothing changes.

Can you also implement an alternative, to be able to choose between the 2 options?

My primary/default browser is Firefox on Sonoma 14.4.1, and recently I'm unable to use the inputs of my audio interface for google hangouts. The relevant output is correct, and my system audio would be the same.

Since updating to Thunderbird 115.10.1, my email/message list scrolls all the way to the top of the list when new emails/messages arrive. I then have to scroll back down to see the new incoming emails/messages. Before updating, when I received new emails/Messages they would be added to the bottom for my list, no scrolling needed. That way I could just start reading with out scrolling back down. I have the sort set to Date/Ascending. This was working correctly before the update. Haven't found a way to stop it that I know of.

Your help utility needs help. -results don't show date, must open each item. Results seem to not be listed in date order. What a mess to sort through. I can't select a desired date range, or select by release version number. -your search tool isn't very effective, I keep getting unrelated results. I do better by searching google to find the help I want regarding Firefox.

Starting yesterday firefox, no recent updates etc, gives a 403 error for several large corporate sites and 404 page not found for most paypal payment pages. These sites/pages work fine with Chrome. There were no changes by by myself to my firefox installation, not any antivirus changes.

Within the last hour today everything is working properly. What is going on? jn

Please help. I have always been able to access Google Images when using my Firefox browser. Now I only get a limited few. For example if I am searching for images of Cedar Waxwings (a bird) I only see a limited amount of images and the word "Store" keeps showing up. Please tell me how to restore my otherwise satisfying experience of access all IMAGES. Thanks.

Recently firefox stopped filling in my credit card information. 1. On a website asking for a credit card click on the credit card number box. 2. Choose the car from the popup. 3. Popup disappears but nothing is filled in on the website form. 4. Use Google Pay or PayPal to purchase.

This used to work.

I recently installed Thunderbird (115.10.1) onto my Mac (Sonoma 14.4).

After lots of manual housekeeping and deleting/filing hundreds of emails that had appeared in my inbox (that had previously been moved into other mailboxes or deleted) I have got my inbox down to a manageable size.

But now four of the emails in my Gmail webmail inbox are not showing in my Thunderbird inbox.

I have run a repair on the folder (Thunderbird inbox) but the discrepancy remains.

How can I make sure they synchronise correctly?

Also: I have 4 old drafts in my Gmail webmail drafts which are not showing in my Thunderbird drafts folder. I created a new draft email in Thunderbird and it is not showing up in my Gmail webmail. I have tried to point Thunderbird to my Gmail drafts folder in account settings selecting: copies and folders/drafts and templates/other/drafts on [myemailaddress] but it does not seem to make any difference.

Any help much appreciated.

Every time I sign onto Firefox I get the attached message. I think that uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling "may" resolve the problem, but Firefox won't uninstall. I have tried four different ways and it won't uninstall. Can you help me an uninstall process?
