So I have an issue where I am unable to reorder or detach tabs after having detached one tab. When I start Firefox I am able to reorder my tabs as much as I want, but once I detach one tab both functionalities do not work anymore.

- Firefox version 126.0 on Kubuntu 24.04 - After restarting Firefox I am able to do it again once - After rebooting I am also able to do it again once - The same issue in private window - I have refreshed Firefox through Help -> More troubleshooting information - Disabled all my add-ons - Tried it in Troubleshoot mode

I cannot seem to find a real answer online. Does somebody here have a solution for me :-)?

I have happily used Firefox for a very very long time and all has been well until the last month or so.

I have a brand new laptop with Windows 11 Pro and Firefox 126.

Each time I open the machine to begin a new day and open Firefox, all my tabs are gone from the previous session; this is not good for my research, studies, and business activities. I have read a lot about this issue online and (1) find that under Settings, History, there is no "restore previous session" option; and (2) I have several times already cleared the "sessionstore" folder and copied the files for later reuse.

Further, "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked off; always has been. I have checked other relevant settings and they all seem fine; but to no avail.

What would you suggest?

Suddenly after 20 years of collecting invaluable basic reference works in one of the 20 bookmarks on my Bookmarks Toolbar called REF on my Firefox browser, today I find it simply marked "Empty". No idea why. No other tabs have been altered as far as I can tell. 28 MAY 2024

I found that X (Twitter) videos don't autoplay although the corresponding setting is enabled in Firefox for Android.

Please check my screen recording for the reference.

Is there anything I am missing?

Whenever I try to log into my online banking all I get is a white screen, nothing whatsoever.

I can log in just fine using the dreaded Microsoft Edge or Chrome but firefox will not work.

Now, I do know that I have actually logged in with firefox because if I come back to the page 10 minute later I get a banking message saying that as I haven't done anything for 10 minutes it has now logged me out!

I have cleared cache & cookies, I've started in safe mode and looked at the threads in the forum but nothing helps.

This is happening on all instances of firefox that I have, work, home, laptop.

Directions are sync & save data. This is wrong. There is NO "sync and save data" in the iOS FF menu. See attached. Therefore cannot scan QR code. Email does not work because FF does not recognize my password which is written down and I am signed on to Mozilla. in iPhone settings FF allows camera. FF is set up to permit sync. The open tabs on PC do not sync to FF on phone. All directions do not work or are totally unclear. Nothing seems to agree with anything. Cannot sync. Cannot scan QR code. Cannot verify password.

I've been using custom icons for all of my 36 shotcuts on Firefox start page. Today I opened Firefox and my icons are gone, Firefox slowy created its own ones and now I can't refresh them to bring back my own, despite there are my links pasted into entry. It's really time consuming to bring back old icons one by one, I have to upload each of them again to get new links, because somehow Firefox sees old links being in use and there's no way to refresh preview of them. Please give me faster method to bring back my old setting, I really hate changes so much!

Ever since Firefox updated to ver 126.0 it no longer autocompletes with past history of visited websites like it used to. As a matter of fact it doesn't do anything in the url bar anymore. Everything is turned on in settings but no luck. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox but nothing is working. I am on Windows 10 if this matters...thanks

Hi, I've used Wondershare uniconverter for quite a while without issue. Recently, every time I start a download in uniconverter, firefox crashes/closes. I tried troubleshoot mode in firefox with all extensions and add-ons disabled (I only have 1) and also cleared cache and cookies. Issue remains.

Has anyone come across this and/or has any suggestions?

Windows 10, Firefox 120.0 (64 bit), Microsoft Surface Pro.

We moved (1000 miles) and I when I use Google Maps in Firefox (not in Chrome or Edge), it still shows my location being at our old address. Very frustrating. Clearly is a Firefox issue because as stated, my correct location is shown using other browsers on the same computer.

My preferred browser is Firefox, but this is very frustrating. I searched for solutions but came up with nothing that related to the issue being ONLY in Firefox, not other browsers. I.e., it is not a system issue, it is clearly an application (Firefox) issue, so I'm looking for a fix at that level.

I have a problem.

I am using Firefox browser (version: 126.0 64 bit) on Windows 11 Pro. Audio is automatically muted on all Kick broadcasts. (https://kick.com) When I refresh the page or click another streamer, I have to unmute the broadcast.

(I do not have this problem in the Google Chrome browser)

How can i fix it?
