I was looking forward to using the offered QR code account validation process when I fired up an old Samsung tablet (Android 5) and installed Firefox on in...

...HOWEVER,

  • After pressing the "scan bar" there was nothing but black.
  • The camera works and I retested it.
  • The FF app has permission to access the camera.
