Hi,

For some reason, local users are able to download and install Firefox on their profiles. It installs it in their C:\Users\<User>\AppData\ folder and only shows up in the Uninstall Software list for that local user who installed it.

As a system admin who does not want Firefox be installed in the user profile. Is there any way to avoid this?

I know GPO can be a solution but if it the only solution would it be possible to provide what files should be blocked to avoid user to install Firefox Quantum (for both 32 bit and 64 bit version as well for win 7 and win 10 O/S). Would also be nice if someone can guide me with step by step instructions on how to set GPO to block any users to install Firefox in user profile.

Thank you.
