When using Firefox, I get message "Can't download in guest sessions." I sent this info, but never receive an email at all. How can I fix This? I'm running PIAs' VPN. What to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks folks. HH

As far as I can tell you're using Firefox in Guest Session

The fix is-

  1. Tap the Firefox menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top-right corner of the browser).
  1. Tap Exit Guest Session.
  1. Tap Continue to delete all the browsing data from the Guest Session and return Firefox to normal with all of your personal data available.
