Hello, I have been having troubles with openbadges since the beginning. A couple of weeks ago, I joined a Google Marketing Course. Each day, they awarded us with an online badge that was sent to our email. I registered on https://backpack.openbadges.org/ with the same email i was using to get the emails and to register on the online course. I couldn't claim any of them. Everytime I tried, it says that that badge hasn't been awarded to me. I thought it could be because of the browser. Nope, I tried the three of them. I thought it maybe was the course, but nope. I am doing another online course right now, and still doesn't let me claim them. I don't know what else to do so I'd appreciate some help because I am going crazy over here and can't find a solution. Thank you!
