From today 4 march when I try to record a voice message on chat from facebook appear an error saying an error as occurred. On Chrome it work, from facebook app it work

I even tried other facebook ids and firefox profiles and ever the same. Even disabled the anti popup ublock

In all case I haven't added any conf or adon or other inside firefox, I use same conf as ever and from many years.

Today messages from microphone in chat does not work and facebook say an error occurred Is written in italian but say what I said

Automatically hide taskbar in desktop mode => Enabled Firefox => Maximised When cursor is moved to outer edge of screen, taskbar should unhide (Expected behaviour) but in this case it remain hidden (Reality). Firefox along with all other spinoffs give same result. Chromium based browser works perfect, and taskbar automatically unhide itself.

As OLED screen have became common as monitor, Taskbar auto-hide is must. If this issue cann't be fixed I may have to change my primary browser which I used for almost 15 years.

Kindly, look into it. If Chromium can do it, why not Firefox.

I have Windows 11 and Firefox 124.0.2. Firefox keeps asking to reinstall. I think it is because I keep getting the message that it fails to check for updates. I don't know if I have installed the Microsoft Firefox or the direct Mozilla Firefox downloaded. Maybe that is the problem, but I am not tech savvy. I have used Firefox for many years and like it. I am also too old (83) to deal with these problems. Help!

I've installed Inter font from Google fonts (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Inter) on my windows, but as you can see in the image, the font is not displaying correctly in Firefox.

The last couple of weeks I have this pop up interrupt my screen quite often several times in a row.

I have searched every article online that is remotely similar to this problem and none of the solutions have  worked. 

Any ideas on what I can do to stop this annoyance?

It's something about a PSI In-application plugin if you know what I mean by that ??? it won't accept this plugin for some reason, can you help me with this problem please thanks.

This sh*t is getting beyond ridiculous. I've used Firefox for years and not had any problems so the last time this happened I thought well maybe it's just a fluke. IT JUST FU*KING HAPPENED AGAIN! I've slowly been migrating to and using Chrome lately and I think I'm finally ready to make the switch. FIREFOX FU*KING SUCKS.

I've been searching for how to disable the little dropdown menus with emails you could use for a field, but I can't find anything.

I made a clean install and found someone that had the solution, but I can't find this post anymore no matter how much I search.

There's no forms and autofill section for me under the privacy section of settings, whether it's been removed through updates or it's a bug for me (which would be weird if it were both the case on my current PC and the old one) I don't know.

All I know is that the solution involved going to about:config and changing a setting in there.

I don't want to just delete the entry by doing down arrow and delete.

Any help is appreciated!

I recently experienced a 1-minute power outage, during which my PC abruptly shut down while I was working. One of the joys of living remotely. However, an unexpected event occurred, causing all my add-ons to vanish. I am very concerned, firstly because that can happen, and secondly, what happens to the data stored? Even after the PC rebooted, my Mozilla account remained logged in. I didn't need to log back in to get to this support page. The sync is on and has been completed. The most inconvenient part is that I was working on some integrations between Obsidian, Readwise, Logsec, Omnivore, and syncing accounts when the outage happened. Because of memory issues, I now need to remember which extensions I had and recently added, which is why the aforementioned apps are necessary. The add-on I am most concerned about is my password manager extension. I've made logging in feel like trying to get into a fortress, so having to go through that again is giving me anxiety. Anyone know how or why add-ons could possibly disappear like that? I'm a long-term "want to use Firefox" person, but this sort of thing really turns me off, and I hate all the other browsers because of their lack of security. I'd love to hear your thoughts on fixing this and what I can do if it happens again in the future.

Since the latest update 124.0.2 when I close firefox out and when I reload later it will not load my home page and does not have any of my settings saved. It shows that I am logged out of firefox. I have checked all of my settings but every time I close firefox it will not open to my set homepage and my settings.

I had to reset my computer and lost the bookmarks there. When I reinstalled Fifefox I had to reset my password and lost my bookmarks associated with that email address. HOWEVER, I have firefox installed on my mobile phone with all bookmarks intact. Is there a way to get the bookmarks from my mobile to the laptop?

I have always been able to connect with Navy Federal Credit Union for my banking until a few days ago. Every time I click on the accounts shortcut I get the FAILED TO CONNECT window. I can open my e-mail and ALL other websites. I can connect with Goggle but I've always preferred and used Firefox. I have used Firefox as my main browser for many many years. What is the problem??

I have been using firefox for 2 years now at work, logged in to sync the passwords and bookmarks. To my knowledge it seemed to be working fine.

I reimaged my laptop last week and reinstalled firefox and logged into my account and it did not download any of my saved bookmarks and saved passwords.

I suspect it may have been caused by a partially failed initial install of Firefox which may have wiped the data from the account.

Does mozilla keep backups of the profile data? If they do, could my account be restored to the state it was in on Thursday 28 March 2024?

Since yesterday, occassionally while using Facebook or Messenger, the tab crashes. Earlier today on the Messenger side, after reopening the Messenger tab after it crashes, it crashed again. It doesn't occur on other websites and the app doesn't crash, only the tab.

Using Firefox on "troubleshoot mode" doesn't have an issue when accessing when I visit those for a few minutes and with only one or two tabs open, and I'm afraid of visiting these sites for a while because it may crash again. Occurs on both Windows and Mac.

Crashed signature leads to: "js::gc::AllocSite::incTenuredCount", and I have no idea what does it mean. For my Mac the reason for the crash is "EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE", while for Windows, reason is "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ".

I will add additional crash IDs from my Windows. Idk what is the problem currently, is it with the add-ons installed, Facebook, or Firefox itself? The RAM is fine.

Hello, I recently created a new sync account for work so I wouldn't have to use my personal sync account. I noticed after creating the new sync account it still retained my passwords from my personal account. Is it safe for me to delete all my personal passwords on the work account or will it also delete those passwords on my personal?

Hi there. I'm using Firefox on Windows 10. It freezes and crashes frequently when I use Chinese language input. I've updated and done the full list of troubleshooting tips. It still happens at least once or twice a day.
