Hello, I have problems with Firefox web browser probabely since last automatic update (last week). Problem is that when I write something into search field in Google or another searchh engines, letters that will appear are different than I wrote on keyboard. For example I wrote " firefox podpora" but letter shown are "ffrefix ridrira". It happens only in FF. In same time I opened Chrome browser or Opera browser and tried to write same letters and in these browsers are all shown OK. Such letters discrepancy is not happen all the time but occasionaly during day seasons and take some minutes untill things go correct again. I use last version of FF 115.3.1esr Antivirus and antimalware programs shows computer as free of malware, viruses ... Can you pls help me to solve this problem? Thank you.

I used to be able to scroll to the bottom of my Youtube subscription list, to see the very first posted videos of all of my subscriptions, going back to the first days of Youtube in 2005. Granted, not all of the videos would show up, and I don't know if that is a Youtube problem or a Firefox problem, but most of the videos would be there. Now, after going back less than a year in the archive, the scrolling just kind of peters out. Firefox becomes unresponsive to any key press or mouse click, and all I can do is quit the program. What has changed? Has Firefox gotten even worse at memory management? it was always a total pig with memory, but has it reached the point where it just plain malfunctions and can't recover? If that is the case, then Firefox devs had better get their spit together and work on optimization. I really don't want to have to start using Edge, thank you, no. I only use Edge to view PDFs.

Since some month Firefox cannot download correct .zip or .bz2 files. When open these files 7zip says that there is "data after payload". When do sha256sum on such a file it is not correct (of course not). I'm a Windows 7 user... (I don't care for Windows 10 or 11) FireFox Browsers needs to have a way to adjust the ToolBar & Mrnu Text Size.. Even a Small/Medium/Large would be something. The layout.css.devPixelsPerPx in the about:config does change the font size by magifing everything on the browser. That's not exceptable, because of the way it affects everything within the viewable field. I know that no one wants to do anything to assit a Windows 7 user. But since the newer versions of window are crap.. I still need some help in trying to figure out "How to change/affect" the Size of the Text if FirwFox's browser.. Without distorting everything else within the browser....... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..........

Is it even possible to create a customisable Add ons just by adding keywords or tags. I would pay handsomely to be able to block articles in newspapers containing words like Beckham, Posh, Sussex, Kardashian, Harry, Meghan, Caitlin etc., etc., and others.

When I'm working in Google Docs, the keyboard shortcut Shift + Command + 7 creates a numbered list. However, when I try to do this in Firefox, it overrides the Google Doc command and automatically opens the "Help" tab for the search engine. Is there a way to disable the "Help" tab's keyboard shortcut so that I can use shift + command + 7 to make numbered lists in Google Docs?

It used to be possible to set the colour of a container to black, although I can't remember how I did it: I think it was somewhere reachable from the preferences page. Facebook container still sets its colour to black on installation, so the black colour is still there, but I can't set black colour for a container in the Manage Containers dropdown.

I'm running version 8.1.2 on 115.3.1esr (64-bit) for openSUSE Leap 15.5 (and it would be much easier if I could copy this information from the Help-<About page). </p>

I just updated to the esr version and I lost the ability to automatically play voice messages attached to my email. could you please let me know how to fix this problem Thank you

All of my 100+ open tabs suddenly disappeared from Firefox on Mac today (not sure if I pressed some button combination by mistake or what happened). When Firefox reopened, only one tab was opened which I closed/restarted Firefox couple of times. Unfortunately I don't see all these historical tabs in the History->Recently closed tabs (just the latest one after Firefox restart). Can I somewhere find and reopen all the tabs? I tried various options but no success.

I cannot access certain email documents because my pop up is blocked. I have tried a number of searches as to where to disable the pop up for firefox but keep hitting dead ends.

When trying to open files from ClearQuest in Firefox, the file format is not always correctly recognized: every time it is necessary to manually browse for the application (e.g. Word, Excel) to open the file. Moreover, when Outlook msg file is being opened, it fails with an error message: "The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using."

MS Edge works OK. But there are other sites that don't work well with Edge - I need a single browser for all Thales applications, and so far it's been Firefox. Every time to fix it should clear cash and set up new profile. It is working for awhile then again cause a problem. Please advise us ASAP. Thank you for your time.

Where is the page setup option? Firefox used to be simple. Using the page setup feature, one could specify the contents and locations of the headers and footers. It is especially useful for showing the website and date of the webpage to be printed.

The page setup feature is not there. It is nowhere.

I am not going to use about:config to try to get the page setup feature.

PLEASE RESTORE THE "PAGE SETUP" FUNCTION.

Firefox update to 115.3.1 makes my 100% screen look like 110% or 120%? My Bookmarks toolbar had 9 folders across. Now three of them have been pushed into an overflow at the right side of the toolbar. Is there any way to fix what seems a screen a-kilter?

A browser hijacker malware (www.discoverresultsfast.com) was installed on my MacBook Pro OS Ventura, 13.6 FireFox Browser 115.3.7 ESR without my knowledge and is bombarding me with notifications. Would you have a method to remove this? Thank you, Falcon [email removed from public]
