York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

I have the current 130.0 version and I am using Win 10. For several versions now I have been unable to print the date as a footer. I have read the Firefox help on this issue and not resolved it. &D is shown for footer-left, and footer is enabled in the print dialog. Can anything be done?

All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

I thought at first that the Master Password was for that, it seems however its purpose is only to protect access to the saved sites passwords. I set it up and it did in fact ask me for a password at startup but with just 2 tries to close the window, the prompt went away and did not prevent me to use Firefox further. It eventually appeared again but the result was the same. How can i prevent unathorized people using Firefox right at startup?

I am a web developer and i am working on a ecommerce website for my client ,i am faceing a issue with my website ,the website has been developed in wocommerce,wordpress and the problem which i am faceing with the website is that when i am opening website product category and reloading the same page the product images are buffering and product images are not displayed and this has decreased my web traffic from firefox browser,i kindly request you to look into it and try to resolve this issue as it is working fine in all the other browsers and devices.I am sharing a screenshot for your refrence and also sharing the website link-https://roomdoctor.com/product-category/bunks-lofts/

Where has the home page setting "Open tabs from last session" gone? All my tabs are gone because the previously saved home pages are now opened automatically. That's it for Firefox!

Firefox does not allow Amazon to record browsing history. I am not in privacy mode. I once had Firefox set up to do so. Can you tell me what changed (what to change)? Edge and Safari allow the exchange; so it's something in Firefox

When I click a link or open a new Tab Firefox opens a new window. I have Firefox and Thunderbird pinned to the Taskbar and usually switch between them easily. Today when I try to switch to Firefox another FF window opens. Why is this happening and how can I stop it.?

System is Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Firefox 130.0 is the browser. When printing PDF forms from a website, the printer dialog shows the paper size as US Letter, but it prints as a tiny version of the document.

When I dig deeper into the printer dialog, the page setup is listed as na_letter. When I change it to US Letter, the document will print correctly, but it reverts to na_letter for subsequent print jobs.

The printer is a Brother inkjet, MFC-J985DW. This problem only started recently and the only known changes have been automatic Firefox updates. Any suggestions for a fix?

A few months ago, I filled a feedback survey on Firefox, and at the end of the survey it contained an option to check if I was interested in pariticipating in a follow-up study with a researcher from Firefox, and it was promised a financial compesation for my time.

I received an follow-up email today (from fx-researchteam@mozilla.com), talking about the recent survey I took and that I specified that I would like to do a follow-up interview, specifying available dates, interview duration (~60 minutes), and so on. It contained with a survey link from qsurvey.mozilla.com. The survey asked basic personal informations like email, name, gender, nothing too suspicious. Also, they specified they could paypal me $150 as a thanks for my time and feedback.

I saw someone received the same type of email and people claimed it as legit (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1442740), but the email that sent the survey was a different email (from firefoxresearch@mozilla.com).

All I'm asking is if Mozilla does conduct such interviews, and also pay people for their time... if this is not a scam or something...

This new version keeps crashing and won't even load sometimes. I've gone back to Chrome but today I got lucky and FF is working but it probably won't last long.

How do I get rid of the articles that pop up on my opening page for Firefox, things like an article from Smithsonian about monkeys or how to sleep better. They are very interesting but I find myself going down the rabbit hole and I need to delete them. How? Thanks.
