This isn't the first time this has happened. After each occurrence, I have to completely uninstall the browser and reinstall it from scratch. This means I have to reopen all my tabs, which is very annoying. In Chrome, I have had a large number of tabs open for many years and it works fine.
With Mozilla, something terrible is happening... I have many tabs open in Mozilla, and there comes a moment when, upon launching the browser and opening two or three tabs, Mozilla starts consuming up to 10 gigabytes of RAM. If I open a few more tabs, the browser crashes. I don't need to open 50 or 100 tabs, just 7-8-10 tabs are enough to make the browser crash. Moreover, if I open a new tab and go to google.com, the browser takes a very long time to load, even if it's the second tab.
This problem has happened before. I don't do anything with the browser, just visit sites like YouTube.
Clearing the cache and other recommended actions do not yield positive results. This is very annoying. Mozilla is my first and favorite browser, which I have been using for almost 20 years. I wouldn't want to uninstall Mozilla.

Firefox crashes whenever I use ctrl v or right click, and pulls up a window that it crashed. Whenever I start it back up, it says it wasn't able to restore session, then restores it anyway after I press to restore it. Another thing is whenever I try and upload a file onto a site it crashes as well. I'm on Mac OS x 13 and reinstalling firefox hasn't fixed it. This is relatively sudden, it happened about around 3 days ago for the first time, and at the same time I noticed it happening certain sites also started giving me '502 Bad Gateway' errors. Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

If I use Wondershare UniConverter's downloader function to download a video, as soon as the download starts, all Firefox open windows close. This is a recent thing, the last couple of weeks or so. I have reinstalled Firefox and UniConverter. The first time I tried it after reinstalling UniConverter, all was well. But the same issue has shown up again. I have tried rebooting my PC to no effect.

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. I was using FF on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. Had version FF 120.x and playing video in Netflix worked fine. Then I updated to FF 124.x and playing video stopped with error F7355-1203.
I've checked the DRM setting and it is enabled, I checked addons and I have OpenH264 and Widevine installed, both set to always active.
I've checked installed codecs and I do have libavcodec58 installed. No update for that available via apt. I also have ffmpeg installed, no problem with that either. I can play Netflix videos in Chrome, but not in Firefox now. Something happened to Firefox when I updated from 120.x to 124.x. Today I updated to 125.x, same problem, Netflix video won't play.
I've unchecked the DRM setting and re-checked it, and that does reinstalled Widevine but does not fix the problem.
Any ideas what could be the cause?

I realized search in my hotmail account was not working maybe 6 months ago and I've been finding ways to work around it, but today, i got upset and tried to figure out what was wrong. I signed out and signed in. I googled what to do, updated Firefox, to no avail. Then I read to try another browser. Chrome worked fine for outlook/hotmail search function.
I need this search function. I prefer Firefox. let me know if it can be fixed?

The website won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a technical glitch, incompatibility with certain browsers, or anything the browser may be obstructing.

I've tried unchecking the header/footer box. There's nothing in my brother printer set up regarding the date/time stamp. It has to be firefox. How do I fix this? And I have sound glitches like on radio tuning. From all software, that have sounds: players, browser, messengers. Glitches disappear after restart. I find only 2 sites, that make it: drupal.org and my local bank. With Chrome - no problems.
Without Audacious glitches can be to, but not in 100% of cases.
