I’ve been noticing an issue with YTS-type sites on Firefox. The site either loads partially, the player doesn’t start, or it keeps buffering without playing anything.

What’s strange is that the exact same site works perfectly fine on Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers. Videos load instantly there, but on Firefox it either breaks or takes forever.

Things I’ve already tried: – Cleared cache and cookies – Disabled all extensions – Tried in private window – Checked network (no issues)

It feels like something related to Firefox compatibility with the video player or scripts used on these sites.

I also tested another version here which seems to work better on Firefox:

ytsmx https://ytsmx.stream/

Not sure what’s different (maybe a different player or encoding), but it loads without issues for me.

Has anyone else faced this or knows what might be causing it?

The account dwr50@excite.com is no longer active yet firefox keeps trying to use it to log into things like this support area. How can I get rid of the old email address ?

I am getting a lot of pop-up messages for existing of many viruses on my computer. Please help me protect and then permanently remove these viruses from my computer.

Simple: just wanting to forward a news article to a friend, but I have to go through all this mess first !! I am running out of time, and may just quit. So frustrating.

more Details concerning the problem you can see here ! It should be great if you could help us with some diagnostics, for example why the problem only appears with FF on Linux, not with FF on WIN.

STR:

1. Launch Linux FF
2. Visit this page "Potential issue with plugin PITM" (Preview here
3. Because you will need an Account for visiting account please follow "Konto eröffnen" (Create Account) instructions).
4. After my approval for the account please visit again "Potential issue with plugin PITM"
5. Click "1.png" Below heading "Attachments", that should work without problems.
6. Close image view
7. Move Mouse pointer to image below heading "My test with a screenshot" – should become magnifier
8. Now Click that image

  » Expected (and so it does with WIN): Big image opens in new TAB
  » Actual:  New TAB opens, but without image view.

What are your results? FF Linux Problem or something else?

I am currently testing the new Mozilla browser VPN and it's really cool, I love how you can enable/disable it at a site level. That being said, the options to do this are quite limited - I feel like for me personally, I'd love to be able to "enable on this website" list. So for example if I want to ONLY use the VPN on Google.co.uk, I can enter that into the list, rather than having to exclude a bunch of sites I use, just to enable it on 1 website. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I wonder why the "m"-function isn't working anymore. For example, when I stream movies, I often use the “m” key to mute the sound. Recently, the search function has started appearing at the bottom as well. Is there a way to turn off this new function? If I want to search something I'd like to press buttons Shift + f as before. Thx for your attention. Cu.

I now have to right click the password field and select which password I want to use, this is cumbersome and counterintuitive, there is NO hint that password autofill is still there, WTF? if you're dead set on this "new way", how can I have the old way back?
