I have search and have seen screen shots. But not actually how to do it. In firefox the Application Menu "the three lines or the Hamburger." How do you move it to the Left side of the screen instead on the default location on the top right. Also please correct me if this is not possible. And thank you in advance. I am on the latest version and currently using windows 10.

I use Firefox version 103, the old version that is perfectly compatible with an extension I always use. I love this old version, and I don't want to update it to the new version. But the update reminder pops up many times everyday. it's so annoying. I used "about config" to turn it off (see photo 2); it works a bit, but the popup still there once daily after the configuration. I want to turn it off permanently. Is there any way to do it? Hi jscher2000, I want to thank you for your advice concerning a problem I had downloading Firefox to my Windows 10 laptop. I tried to follow your advice but was not successful. In the end, I googled "what if Firefox doesn't install". It took me to a website, https://www.makeuseof.com/fix-firefox-not-installing-windows , which took me to an article entitled "8 Fixes to Try if Firefox Won't Install on Windows". I tried #1 and #2 without success. #3, Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus Software, worked. Firefox is up and running. Feel free to share this with anyone who has a similar problem. I need help with Mozilla Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit) version which is almost not working internally without Internet link. When I try to open local internal site Mozilla Firefox waits to open https://www.bootstrapcdn.com/ Internet location which is unavailable because we are using the browser in isolated network and it is waiting for this site for more than 15 minutes before it opens the local site.

This is not the way we are expecting the browser to work so the question is can we disable this requests in Mozilla Firefox that we were not aware of and that are not asked from out side?

Dear Mozilla/Firefox, in the past week or so Firefox is noticeably slower to load than Norton Secure or Google Chrome. Running from a shortcut or pasting the same link into the address bar, Firefox takes around 25 seconds to load where Norton is almost instant. There are features of Firefox that I prefer over other browsers so hope you can guide me how to fix this. Thank you,

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

I need to be able to access banks, specifically USB Direct. I can access my credit union but when I try to get my statement, I get a message that I have been logged out due to inactivity.

What can I do to prevent Firefox from keeping me out of certain websites and showing this error message: Firefox Can’t Open This Page

I'm using Firefox for Windows and usually have a few set pages that appear every time I open a new window. Every now and again, I have to add, remove, or change one of these pages. The issue is that I have to see something like this whenever I want to change anything.

Naturally, whenever I open a new window in Firefox, this is automatically interpreted to open multiple pages. However, this way of displaying them is still inconvenient. I want to know if we can get something more like this.

Is there a way to edit the Settings UI to see a multi-line list with the ability to add, remove, or change these links individually? Thank you.

After a update my browser was running very slow, I'm not sure what I did but my whole browser, including history and bookmarks and add ons reverted back years. But I have a whole folder of Old Firefox Data which is from today.

How do I get this back on there and get everything back to normal?

I restarted my computer and when I booted Firefox up it looked completely different. I'm assuming they updated, but updates never impacted my settings before and in this case none of my sessions or history is left.

I logged in to my Mozilla account and that recovered my extensions, though not my toolbar settings.

The real issue is that all of my tabs and windows are gone. In History, "Recently closed windows" is greyed out and Recently closed tabs shows nothing but what's been opened since I restarted.

Is there any way to recover my history?

Resolved: Somehow a blank profile had been set as the default.

During my absence my house maid created a Google account for herself on my Firefox browser, which is confusing my browsing as it is also a default account. I wish to remove my maid's account but cannot find how. Please help. I am using Windows 10.

I am trying to download a large file. Am on a course, and the main tutor has given the group a file to download. Have tried downloading this 5 times, but get little luck. The file that I would want to download is 8.5GB, and the furthest I get is about 4GB.

I have 2 questions about this.

1) I seem to have a very 'in and out internet connection. It seems to go down at times for no reason, cutting off the download. Is there anything I could do about this? How could I troubleshoot this, please? 2) Does anybody know of any special tools that I can use to download in a more efficient manner, please? Perhaps an extension for Firefox might be able to do this, perhaps? Kind Regards to Anyone Answering this Query, Marek
