Hi everyone, I've recently reinstalled Firefox on two new computers and have had the same problem for each: My extension/add-on icons have disappeared from my toolbar. I've tried adding them back, but they don't appear in the options (see screenshot 1 & 2). My navigation is not set on "always private". Here's what I've done so far: 1. Checked if others have had my problem. 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled all my add-ons. 3. Set the view settings to default. 4. Reinstall Firefox. I'm having the same problem on both computers. My computer crashed and I lost my Firefox browser settings, history, bookmarks, etc. Had to reinstall the the whole thing. I suppose there may have been a way to get everything back, but I didn't have access to that info at the time. I transferred my bookmarks from my other browsers to Firefox, but they just show up in a folder. Is there any way to transfer all of it so that everything shows on one list, without moving each one line by line?

I recently updated the browser to 110.0.1 hoping that the bug that was introduced in the previous update was fixed but it has not yet. Please could you advise me what options are available to me?

Fault: thumbwheel scroll not working on Firefox since previous update.

I had considered performing a fresh install but I do not want to lose my stored passwords, bookmarks etc.

I have Firefox 113 on a 14" laptop. The toolbar takes up 1/3 of the height of the screen, which I find intolerable and an obstacle in my work. According to my research, there is no way to adjust the height of the toolbar only. I have a vision problem and need to have fonts a certain size. Any reason why I wouldn't go back to Firefox 110? I have 110 on another 14" computer and it looks great.

Hi Guys thank you for your time and effort that you voluntary offer to support Mozilla Firefox. I have been a lifelong user of Firefox. I have during this process lost 4 x laptops (over a span of 20 years) - reformatted the current one twice. My mistake - I neglected to backup Firefox.

I cannot and do remember what my primary Firefox account was. Their are bookmarks and saved passwords on it that I desperately need. Can you please help what what to do?

I have subscribed to new a [edited] @gmail.com primary account to to use Firefox again. I help with serial numbers, brand of the laptops that I have used in the past.

if anyone can help me get the how do you want to open up this file page it would be really great because i'm trying to download unity 2019 and it won't let me because it keeps downloading as a firefox file

Somehow I seem to have lost everything from my Yahoo pages. Sent, Archive, Deleted are all empty. There should be a mass of stuff in there. I was looking through Settings and may have accidentally clicked on something I shouldn't have. I was not intending to change anything. I guess I can't recover anything but I want to get it back as it was so whatever happens from now is saved in the right place.

What do I need to do to achieve this? You just can't guess the mass of stuff that has disappeared. A lot of it irreplaceable. Thanks in advance. Mike

I have received an email from FireFox my account has been breached. Recommends I change my password. if I change it, will it eliminate ALL of my saved passwords for other sites? That would be a huge problem since I have so many, and a lot are for medical offices. How would I change my password? Please be very patient with me - and send very detailed instructions since I am not technology savvy. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I have been unable to see any linked in page for a while now. Clicking on a link from a message email opens a page which just displays LINKEDIN.

If I copy/paste the link into a private window I can get in, but not with a normal window. I've ran CCcleaner but nothing changes, cleaned everything!

the links work in other browsers in normal mode, why not firefox?

Ive tried all the forums with support and none of them worked. Troubleshoot mode works and fixes the scrolling but even after disabling all extensions and themes the scrolling still does not work. I've done the refresh page and uninstalled and installed. Scrolling works with all other programs but not firefox.

When I try to logon to Dropbox I get this message: "Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com."

Where and what should I add to get this sorted? Thanks Mo
