This was my fix for scrolling not working when hardware acceleration enabled. Upgraded this software product: X-Mouse Button Control (of Highresolution Enterprises) to latest release 2.20.5

I keep the "Recommended by Pocket" section collapsed throughout most of the workday to prevent distractions when opening new tabs. Recently I've found the section can't be collapsed anymore. I know that I can disable Pocket on the homepage, but I don't want to do that. I still want it available for me to take breaks or when I'm finishing up with something. The collapse feature was ideal for me.

This may sound petty, but it's a real issue. I would rather stop using Pocket than let it distract me all day. I could write a bookmarklet to deal with it, but not everyone has that option.

Is there still any way to toggle this section? If not, why was this feature removed, and can this feature be brought back?

When I open a jpg image in a new tab and try to use the Zoom Controls on the custom toolbar: On one of my desktop PCs the Zoom Control will function to enlarge the image if I click the + button and restore it to its original size if I click 100%. On my other desktop PC the Zoom Control functions properly on text such as this, etc., but does not enlarge jpg images. Both PCs are running the most current version of Windows, both are running the most current version of Firefox Nightly. Displays and display cards are different. Not sure if this is a bug report, or I missed a settings adjustment. Michael

How can I get a predefined set of tabs to be always available on startup regardless of the last used tabs? I couldn't find this option which is so useful and important for me. So i'm using "restore previous session" but this is not what I want and sometimes it is also zeroed so I need to reopen all the tabs I need from scratch...

since installing Firefox 92.0.1 (64 bit) my bookmark menus have a bigger font and much bigger interline spacing which looks horrible. Can it be put back the way it was in Release 89 please?

Thanks Cor-el for replying with advice on how to use about:config to ensure the screencapture was toggled correctly. It wasn't and I corrected that. Now I have the icon in the toolbar and on the right click menu but when I attempt to use them all I get is a popup menu with a large black X in it and nothing can be done with it. Also, on the toolbar items that are added to it all appear in the overflow and there is no way of getting them to appear on the screen by reducing the size of the search bar. I've been using firefox ever since it first appeared and I've never had problems like this before.

A recent update changed the spacing of links in my favorites folders. It would be great if you could include a spacing option for the user. I absolutely hate the double spacing. It's horrible.

since the new, yet discussed, Firefox Browser update I've had a problem with the minimize, resize and close buttons on the top right corner of the Firefox window on my laptop. My problem is that those buttons are not integrated into the Firefox window itself.

What I mean is that to accommodate those buttons there is a white long bar all across the top part of the window with the "XXX site - Mozilla Firefox" title at the left and the "_ ⬜ X" icons on the right, while on my Desktop version those buttons are well integrated into the black (my theme color) part of the Firefox window, being at the same height as opened tabs (the said position of the icons on my desktop is represented by the white rectangle drawn on the attached picture (red lines are censored bookmarks and information)).

Is there a way to get rid of that white top strip and integrate the minimize, resize and close buttons in the Firefox window itself?

After updating to firefox 91, the option to disable proton is removed and now it's not able to turn it off. Proton looks good in some aspects, but I want the seperator between tabs back.

I keep hundreds of tabs in one firefox window and use some of them daily, without the seperator to show the boundary of tab I have to move my mouse carefully to click the correct tab I want, which is disturbing. The ability to work with hundreds of tabs is the reason I use firefox, the designers of proton seem not to have this in mind. Is it possible to offer at least an option to bring the seperator back?

I had about 5 you-tube download add-ons, I always had the download text under the video, and buttons on my tool bar, everything Disappeared and I can't download any videos. I removed all the you-tube apps and reinstalled and nothing changes, is there an add-on that will give me the download option? I am using windows 10 and everything I have has been updated, and I have been doing this for years so something has changed.

I as annoyed by Save As WebP, because image was png and every time i need to write extension .png

The proton changes might make for a better smartphone experience, but it really trashes operations on computers. In case you are wondering why firefox's share of the browser market continues to slide, upgrades like "proton" are the main reason.

For example, I want to send a link to a page on Firefox, so I click the little envelope icon, but my two choices to use which email program to send the link has old emails and I need to change it--the sending program--to my current email address. Does that make sense? How do I change it? I'm logging in here with new email address.

How do I save webpage on desktop as shortcut. Online reponse speaks of padlock. I don't see padlock. And Mozilla site answers with how to stop creating shortcut automatically.

How do I apply the same highlighting shown by the red arrow to the text where grey and heavy blue is used for highlighting? I find css very convoluted and it's hard for me to know what ids/parameters to use to get the desired effects. Any help appreciated.

Automatically upgraded to version 94 on 11/2/2021. OS is Windows 10. Now Dark mode no longer functions even when enabled in extensions and themes. Any solution available?
