I want to disable Norton Safe Search. I followed Inst. Menu, add ons, extension tab, clicked the 3 dots & then delete. Restarted my computer, but it's still there. I definitely need help.

I noticed that someone else had this question, but instead of answering it, it just got archived.

When browsing Youtube, the browser Back Button doesn't work. For example, if I start on the Youtube main page, then click on a video, it will show the video. But then, when I click the browser's "Back" navigation buttion, it does not take me back to the main page. The URL in the address bar will be the main page, but it will continue to display the video I just watched instead.

This only seems to happen on Youtube. It's been a problem for a while - possibly as much as 2 years or even more. And it doesn't happen every single time. However, it has been happening a lot more frequently lately.

It's almost as if Firefox just doesn't want to refresh.

I've tried clearing the cache. The problem persists. I've dried disabling all add-ons. It still happens. I've tried running it in troubleshooting mode. Still a problem.

I've tried to duplicate this in Microsoft Edge; it doesn't seem to happen there.

Hello, after your last updates from 170 version above, I lost the option to be able to arping through my site. On version 170 it worked after that it stopped working is there a way to enable arping on the latest browser versions. To one pictures is show error on second is from old version and work perfectly. Please if have some think to make work i love Mozilla browser and i wont to use. Thanks and regards

When visiting HP.com - US-English site and signing in to my account, it opens fine - in English - but if I click on links, it connects to sites in a different link. I tried it on Microsoft Edge and it worked fine. It's only on Firefox that I have the problem.

Firefox suddenly quit opening or running on one of my computers. I have tried to reinstall firefox to now avail. I now get a message saying it can't load profile. I would like to do a complete clean reinstall but cannot fine a way to do that.

Hello guys, 1 hour ago I downloaded firefox on my brand new laptop. Long story short, I needed put my gmail account in a site and it suggested me for importing it from my chrome account, I agreed and somehow I guess I agreed to importing literally all of my google chrome info into the firefox, which means passwords, history, bookmarks etc. It asked my premission and I agreed but now I don't want that, I want the browser to be like the first time I downloaded it - fresh new. Unfortunately, I did everything in my power to reset firefox, without a sucess. I am literally trying nearly a 1 hour to reset/delete all information that has been imported from chrome to firefox, tried to do that refresh firefox thing, tried reinstalling and installing firefox so many times, but it doesn't work and even says something like "looks you already had firefox", and no matter what I do my firefox still has all the bookmarks, passwords, history etc. from my google chrome. My question is: How do I stop firefox from importing my data from chrome and just starting browsing fresh new?

• If you ask, I must say that I didn't login into a mozilla account on firefox or something, I didn't sync anything, I have just imported one time my data from google chrome to firefox and now I can't get rid of it*

As the title states. At least half the time when you try right-click and use the "Copy" function, the option is greyed out. If you try to Ctrl+Shift+C, it opens dev tools! This happens on multiple systems that I have that are based on Debian/Ubuntu. So basically, copy functionality is broken for Firefox Linux users...

I AM UNABLE TO LOG ON TO USAA.COM. THE ERROR MESSAGE SAYS "WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH YOU RE REQUEST." THE WEB SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS MY PASSWORD IS CORRECT AND THE SITE IS WORKING. PER THEIR ADVISE ALL HISTORY HAS BEEN DELETED AND THE COMPUTER HAS BEEN RESTARTED. THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS ON ANOTHER DEVISE CONNECTED TO THE SAME WI-FI. PLEASE HELP. ACCESS TO OTHER SITES IS WORKING. THE SITE IS NOT BLOCKED AS FAR AS I CAN TELL.

I have to create a new question because when I try to reply to the answers I received the system comes up with an error page.

My version of Firefox is 120.0.1 and has been downloaded from the Mozilla website.

The problems occurs with all PDF file both local and from the internet.

The attachments are highlighted in blue in t he opened PDF file but cannot be opened. There is no way to click on the attachments.

Signon to GMAIL or Youtube Premium inside Firefox both return an error about using an unsecure browser. No issue with Chrome or Edge.

I have an add-on ad blocker for youtube and have never gotten ads. This afternoon that stopped. I get ads with every video I click and there is no 'skip ad' on the screen. I added another top rated youtube add blocker, quit firefox and then opened it again. Before, if I clicked a video it started an ad and I could go back and then hit the video again, but now that doesn't work, but if I select to show the video in a new tab, there are no ads in that tab. What can I do to make the ads stop like they used to and never appear? Yes and my OS is Ubuntu 22.04

I'm not very good at English, so I use a translator. After updating to the latest version of Firefox, the problem I'm having is that when I play a YouTube video on the web side, the playback box will have a large white colour, as shown in the red box below. Hi there. I use mailjet for sending email newsletters and campaigns. The images that i was uploading into the mailjet templates where displaying fine both on mailjet and when sent to mozilla firefox users.

The problem is that for 10 days now; when i upload images in mailjet and sending newsletters; the images are not displaying in mozilla. In contrast, when i use chrome everything displays fine, both mailjet and email accounts.

I had a long chat history with mailjet support and they requested to follow these instructions to fix this issue first: https://documentation.mailjet.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058211453-Why-are-my-images-not-displayed-missing-in-the-Email-Editor I did this but i had no success so they requested me to use chrome instead of mozilla. But that is not the solution of the problem because this must address all different browser users.

My question: what does this mean? Is my FF equal or older? And is a Mozilla account the same as a FF account? PLEASE help me, by explaining exactly what I'm supposed to do and HOW and reply in simple comprehensible language, I am NOT a tech/nerd/geek and already following all these numbers has given me a headache! Hello, as of the last week, my Firefox wont open any Excel 365 scripts, pop-up windows are enabled, I have tried with my Firefox account in multiple different Windows 10 PCs - none worked, there is no problem in other browsers.

What could be the reason?

I am running v122.0.1 on a Mac and since the last update if I open a Facebook Messenger message which pops up at the bottom of the screen clicking the minimise or close doesn't do anything and the message stays on screen The only way to get it to close is to log out of Facebook and then log back in again. Is this a bug in this release?
