I can connect bluetooth devices to my SurfaceGo and successfully direct audio output to them using Chrome, Edge, or internal sound files. But in Firefox the audio only goes thru the internal speaker no matter which audio output device I select. Is there some setting I need to fix so that Firefox will speak to bluetooth devices?

Since the OS upgrade, any portal that I open (especially the ones that I have my user id and password saved) crashes. One crash report can be found at https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/7d671357-2d98-4bbc-b177-4029e0221221

I have tried disabling add-ons/ exensions, disabling auto-fill, downgrading security, reinstalling (even the ESR edition), deleting Firefox files from the library/application_support - but it doesn't simply work. Not sure if this is an OS issue.

Any ideas would really help. Getting the below info on the about:crashes each time:

Firefox is suggesting usernames on multiple websites that I access regularly. However, I have the saved logins feature turned off in Firefox.

When I access Settings > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords - it shows all of these options turned off.

When I access Settings > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords > Saved Logins... - it indicates No Logins Found / No Synced Logins found.

I do have Firefox Sync turned on to sync between devices, but since it indicates "No Synced Logins" it doesn't appear this is coming from another device. I have checked multiple devices and found they all show "No Synced Logins"

Only happening in Firefox. I am not getting these suggested logins in Edge or Chrome.

Happening across all my Windows 10 and 11 devices that have Firefox sync enabled. 2 x Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (build 22621.819) 1 x Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (build 19045.2364)

Firefox 108.0 on all Windows devices, but it started before updating to 108.

I have not yet tried resetting Firefox - hoping to use that as a last resort.

Any suggestions on where else to look or what I should try?

I'm using the latest version of Firefox on an updated Fedora Linux installation. I am experiencing for a while now random crashing while watching videos. The playback crashing is random, so I could be watching 5 videos one after another with no crashing and then one video will cause it to crash. The video causing is site agnostic, so it could crash from any site, not just YouTube. I saw in bugzilla something that I thought was related to the crashing (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1779558) but it got resolved and it still keeps happening to me.

It's getting tiresome, please. What do I need to send you to help me fix this problem?

Just recently Firefox has started to negatively affect my network connection, seemingly only after video playback has happened. Every fix to six pings the time jumps up from the normal range (less than 100ms) to 2-3,000 ms and then returns to normal. This only happens with Firefox and seems to happen mostly when/after video playback has happened but can also happen without video playback. I have started FF without addons as well as in Safe Mode and it still occurs. As soon as I close FF the ping returns to normal and network stability resumes.

I updated my browser to the newest version and attempted to watch tv on Xfinity but got an error then tried Netflix but got another message that my browser is no longer supported and to update it which I already did. The error codes are in the screenshots provided. I'm not able to watch anything now and I'm Pissed. Both websites work on Microsoft Edge and I've sent in two bug reports for it.

Hello, I have seen a clear difference on the text that appears on the website (e.g. BBC Urdu) and same text in search results. I have tried different search engines (Google, Bing) and different browsers (Edge, Vivaldi) but same issue. Attached are the SS of the issue.

I am not sure if this has to do something with my DeepinOS. But would be thankful if can some guidance what to do? Thanks!

I synced my firefox with my laptop before I wiped the drive and reloaded windows 10. I have reloaded firefox and signed it but it doesn't bring any of my bookmarks back in. Any suggestions how to restore?

Today, I opened FF and found that I cannot see my unpinned tabs. They seem squished together (see image). I tried restarting FF (108.0) & my computer (running on Pop!OS 22.04, Gnome 42.5), but that didn't help. Tried disabling my Gnome extensions, didn't help. Tried changing FF theme, didn't help. Any help much appreciated! Thank you!

When I enter the first few digits of "amazon" the first suggestion is always "amazon.com". That would be nice were it not for the fact that, as a European, I don't have that much use for prices in dollars and imperial measurements. I have bookmarked "amazon.de" but due to alphabetical order .com always comes first. Naturally, I have tried to purge "amazon.com" from my bookmarks but I have been unable to find anything that I could delete. Thus, I am wondering whether anyone might know how this issue might be tackled and I would be much obliged if anyone could help.

New version of Firefox has bookmarks showing with black background. I want to change it to no color at all. I have some vision problems and many bookmark icons don't show up with a black background.

Previous versions of Firefox didn't have this glitch.

I've been professional web developer for almost 15 years. I've wanted to try to step away from Chrome, but I'm having a hard time navigating through basic functionality with Firefox's developer tools. One of those was a simple "Control + F" find feature. Am I missing something?

Specifically, lets say I want to search for a specific class within a style sheet. In Chrome I can bring up the dev tools, select the style sheet, Control + F, and it will give me a toolbar with options to step through each instance of the class. It gives me total count and I can hit the up or down arrow to cycle through each instance of that class (insert any selector here). I can also Replace an instance or all instances.

When I try this in Firefox's dev tools, I get the first instance but see no way to do anything else. If I hit enter it doesn't cycle through to the next instance but creates a line break in my style sheet.

I've researched with no success. I know there is the filter option but that isn't what I'm looking for in this case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been logging into usbank.com for many years. I started having problems, on and off, over the past year. Today I can't log in at all. When I go to the site I get the message "Byte Size of the object is zero", and that's all, just a white screen with that message. I'm using Firefox 108.0.1 (64-bit). I'm not blocking cookies from usbank (that I know of), so there's not much to check on my end of things. Any suggestions, things I should check? Thanks.

I am running Firefox 108.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.5 and videos on Reddit don't play, they just buffer (?). Youtube works fine. I've tried the suggestions on this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues#search but nothing seems to work.

I think this started after my most recent upgrade - I'm currently on 108.0.1, but I suspect it was an upgrade from 107, not just from 108.0 (I use PortableApps and only upgrade through PA, and it takes time for PA to prep new versions of app, so sometimes short-lived versions are skipped, and the 108.0.1 changelog only mentions one tiny bug fix). When trying to access a bookmark or folder on my bookmarks toolbar, nothing happens (color change or tooltip on hover, nor clicking) unless the mouse is at the very bottom edge of the button area, well below where the icon and text are. Is this happening to anyone else? I use the bookmarks toolbar heavily, so this is very annoying.

I'm trying to access a video on meethook.live. I did so in 2021 using the Firefox browser, but for some reason, it won't work anymore. The kind people at Meethook.live suggested using Chrome or Safari, but I don't want to use either of those browsers. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to change any settings to make it work. I tried a few security settings, dropping a few protections I had set up, but that hasn't helped. Can you suggest anything?

Hi, I use Zoro.com for buying industrial parts. I get access denied on all my computers (something got synced). I tried clearing cache and clearing something else to no avail. Recently I did a clean reload of Linux and was able to get on to zoro. But when replaced the mozella directory with my copy (with all data) zoro again became unavailable. I have been doing workaround for months but it is a pain to switch browsers every time. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Ps I have been on the internet since it was called compuserve at 300 baud. I used to program machine code, dos, cpm, c+, Unfortunately at this time in my life a am not able to learn new tricks. Youtube video starts but after 0.5...1s stops, returns to intro splash screen of the video with 'Play' button on it. The play button should be pressed to start the video. The video may be selected on the main page of Youtube or started by entering link to the video - it stops in any case. The same problem when Autoplay is selected: the 2nd video starts then stops after 0.5...1s.

No such problem in MS Edge browser on this PC.
