The picture-in-picture setting use to keep the detached video visible if I scrolled the original or source page past the video player. Now the detached video disappears and reverts back to the source page when I scroll this control out of view. Is this change intentional and permanent?

On Facebook and Instagram, the "reels" and any video will not play. Just keeps circling. Even posts from friends won't play if it's a video - just keeps circling.
