I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

I have lots (~100) of tabs open, distributed among windows and virtual desktops. Every now and then the laptop fan starts running wildly, and I identify a CPU hogging webpage in about:processes. How can I now switch to the open window/tab of that webpage to close or unload it? I would expect a click (or context menu item) within about:processes to bring me there. Currently I have to scan through all desktops/windows/tabs to find the page.

i asked a few days ago i am on Firefox have been for years and do not wan to have to change. I am trying to video call with my family from messenger and when i try it say it can not on Firefox. Why ? i d love to but why can t firefox do video calling from messenger is it Firefox or is it Facebook?you will force me to go to chrome or edge which i would rather not do please let me kno why this is thank you

When following a link from a news website I keep getting this message - Secure Connection Failed - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. It loads on my iPhone and other browsers using the same link. What setting do I need to address to get this to stop?

I had to reload firefox after getting xpcom error messages, now i can't work out how to restore my passwords,bookmarks etc from my sync profile that i set up months before.

recently for no apparent reason, Firefox is having extreme difficulty loading sites, with the spinning wheel going on for minutes at a time. It seems to happen with any website, but not with other browers. I have checked for malware with 3 different programs, and disabled the vpn. Other suggestions online seem to be 'for experienced users only', which does not include me. What should I do. Do I need to delete and reinstall Firefox? thanks.

I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

I can't login to reddit on desktop but I can on mobile.I disabled all the extensions I have, cleared the site data and cache, reloaded the page after each of the aforementioned and am still unable to login. I can login with no issues on mobile and chrome. Every tip I saw said to disable malware bytes guard, but, I do not have that extension. Any idea what could be causing the issues?

Greetings and Good evening Windows was reset on 03/06/2026 due to problem. Option chosen was removal of Apps only No data was removed When Mozila was opened on 03/06/2026,It had all data since 2021. It was already registered with himanshukotecha8@gmail.com. Still history and bookmarks from 2021 were not restored. On 02/06/2026,0ne drive back up was also initiated. Please guide me as how to restore this.

I have dark reader installed, it makes every website dark mode quite efficiently.

However, it cannot make *.mozilla.org dark because those are restricted pages that addons cannot modify.

Even though I have enabled "restricted pages" in dark mode, it does not work.

Firefox has been automatically updated on Windows 11 and Tahoe, and now every time I close the browser, all tabs close – even the pinned ones – despite the ‘Open previous windows and tabs’ option being selected at startup.

Hey hey So On my old system I logged into my FF account did 7 syncs just in case whi all were telling that I'll have all of my stuff right away but.... I reinstalled Windows and... installed Firefox and got freaking 00000000 zeeeero tabs or passwords synced.... All of the manual attemps of sync got nothing, absolutely nothing!? So what was the point of online account which does nothing and just give a fake faith??? I would rather do cp -r of local foler as I did for the last 20 years.... But this time I was faked with fake "sync all good" which doesn't work and just fake people
