I believe this issue started today. When I print using the Firefox dialog box, all of the printed pages are in color even though the color mode is set to Black and White. I have not changed any of my printer setting and have been using the same printer for many years. The printer is an HP Officejet Pro 8600. I have Firefox version 116.0.3 which was just updated today to that version. When I use another browser (Google Chrome) the pages are printed in Black & Whte. Therefore this appears to be a Firefox issue. I am using Windows 10 64 bit. How can this problem be corrected so that the pages will print in Black & White when I use the Firefox diaglog box? I didn't know if this needed to be in Privacy and Security Settings or Cookies, so please feel free to move this to wherever it fits best. Here is my problem. I have saved logins on a lot of sites that all work perfectly. There are several websites that I have multiple accounts that all have their login credentials saved. My problem is that there is one specific website that until recently was operating just fine, but in the last week has started a nuisance issue. When I log into the website I select the login profile I need and everything starts off just fine. About 5 minutes later, whatever I am working on gets hijacked by a dropdown appearing in the upper corner of the screen that lists the six logins that I have for that website. If I continue to try typing, nothing happens (as in, the dropdown list stays there and whatever form I was typing on no longer has any data being entered). If I press ESC, the dropdown list goes away but it also closes down the form I was using. If I use the mouse and click anywhere on the screen, then the dropdown list goes away and I can continue using the form I have open. About 5 minutes later, or if I open up a new form, the dropdown list comes back and I have to do this all over again. I have talked to IT of the website and they stated that they have never seen this issue before. Other users that also use Firefox have never mentioned this to them before. Is there a setting that I need to change? Do I need to clear the cookies for this website? Do I need to just delete all of the saved login information and then re-save it? Thank you for your help.

I am still unable to use Keeper Ext. When I go to sign on screen for any of my saved websites, place the mouse in the sign on screen, nothing comes up for me to click on as before. On automated sights, nothing happens either. Can you advise estimated completion time?

See screenshot. An answer typed into Quora waits forever but never finishes sending. I have to retry several times and sometimes I have to switch to Chrome for it to send. What I type seems to upload but when I press POST it never gets me a confirmation that it has been received, i.e. posted. If I reload the current page then it says I've typed an answer, do I want to edit it? I edit it and press POST, but it still takes forever. Sometimes it does work after a few times. This has been going on for at least 2 months or more. Chrome works.

Hi, I use google chrome for work and firefox for personal use. I did not want firefox to import my bookmarks from Googe Chrome but somehow it did. Do I have to remove these bookmarks one at a time? And how do I prevent this from happening again?

Hi there, I have been using Firefox for over twenty years now, but the latest findings are frightening. I use openhab for my smarthome and the openhab cloud website was not rendering properly under Firefox, so I tried Chrome. The page loaded without any problems. I had this behavior on desktop, Android phone and Android tablet. Sometimes I could fix the problem by deleting the browser data, but not always. I did a lot of settings on the tablet and thought it was not responsive, but it turned out to be Firefox. With Chrome, the application responds directly on the first click. But the worst thing was that I had a conversation with Amazon using my laptop and was waiting for a response. I reloaded the page countless times with Ctrl+F5 until I tried Chrome. The response was immediate and I didn't see it until three days later. Since then I keep noticing things not loading or updating in Firefox.

I don't know what I should look for this three devices have the same bad behavior. Is there already an effort to fix this? If not, I'll have to bite the bullet and switch browsers. I don't like the idea because twenty years is a long time.

Hi, I was using Firefox for many years . Recently I noticed that all my passwords in Firefox were gone and it seems like my account was recreated but all the historical passwords were missing. I was under the impression that those passwords are backed-up somewhere and that I can retrieve them. Could you advise how to recover my logins I collected in Firefox over the years pls.?

When Firefox is in fullscreen mode and Windows taskbar is set to autohide the taskbar cannot be accessed unless I press the windows key to bring up the entire start menu. Once the start menu has been accessed and the same window is in focus, it works as intended by moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen. Switching windows breaks the function again.

When I updated my Firefox browser it eliminated all my favorites and can't log into either one of my email accounts although I can get on the internet and into any other URL! It also eliminated all the links in my toolbar?

I want the version (which i assume is the ESR one) OFF my computer. I have downloaded a "regular version" (116.0.3) and have followed all instructions I have found on this site. It gets to a point and says it can't find the file. There is no README or Install file in the download so I am stuck. Please help me because I want the ESR version GONE!!! Thanks for any help! R

When I tried to print a few Firefox pages - one including a Google map that printed fine when I used Safari - my Brother MFC L6700DW printer would say, for about 10 seconds, that it was receiving data, and then that message would disappear without my printer printing anything. This happened with another website on Firefox as well.

Does anyone know what's going on? I normally have been able to print from Firefox.

Hi all. Some websites creates a little popup window in the top right corner of my browser "Log into your Google account" and I cannot figure how to make this PERMANENTLY stop doing it. I just click the "X" to avoid doing so, but I wish to have this stop happening before uninstalling my Firefox browser completely. I'm here only because I have lost patience with that feature and lost patience trying to figure out how to stop it. Please, help, anyone. Thank you.

Hello. sadly after using Firefox for over 10 years i have to stop using it. ive been tormented with the malware googleadservices.com. Search keeps redirecting me to the above url.

i cant get the solution below to work- i cant find these options in my Firefox (v116) which is up to date askasik. i dont have 'Options' under my 'Tools' dropdown

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems. "Clear the Cache":

   Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" 

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

   Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
