Had to replace FF with Chrome in order to play DRM content on my W11 laptop. I get message saying you are downloading remedy, but nothing ever changes. Would prefer to continue 15+ year relationship with FF, but seems like youre abandoning capabilities for DRM video content?

I have two desktop icons for Firefox. Each opens to a different file. How do I clear the old file? What do I do about the message that Firefox can not update automatically? Where do I look to see Firefox file and see what date it is downloaded? If it is operational? Why is the same series of problems repeating daily?

I press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+i and then press on the top left icon, but then I can only have one click to identify an element. What to do if I need two or three clicks to get to an element?

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

For some time now, e-mails have been arriving with a delay, e.g. from April 15, they arrived only on April 18. The mail is on the home.pl server pinned via IMAP.

I am using Ubuntu 23.10.1 with KDE Plasma desktop environment. Since recently I've been experiencing the following problem with Firfox document viewer: after a period of inactivity, PDFs become unreadable, and seem to cumulate everything that was displayed on screen (see screenshot). Ctrl + F5 does not help, and neither does closing the window and opening a new one with a link to the file. KDE Document Viewer displays the same file correctly.

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

I don't want to be able to scroll the page by selecting text. That's what the scroll wheel is for. More often than not this 'feature' just results in frustration as scrolling the page selects more text. Can I just disable this altogether somehow?

I tried to delete my primary password online, but system would not allow me to do so. I have exhausted all avenues to seek help, but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Tmg3842@yahoo.com

today 4/18/2024 firefox update. Now browser is slow. Task manager showing currently 15 firefox open, even though only one new tab is selected. It is causing laptop to overheat, fan is running constantly. Nothing else is open.

I've been having problems with some websites not displaying content, others displaying error messages. So have been going through the Troubleshooting Mode and diagnostic process.

The cause is the MS CoPilot extension for Firefox.

Useful in other ways as I discovered several other extensions I don't need, hence have remained disabled.

Hi, so on my office pc I work with firefox. I made an account specifically to store every bookmarks etc on that account so when my company updates something I'll always have my bookmarks. Unfortunately somehow since yesterday they all disapeared, and no I'm unable to recover them with the different methods that are foreseen on your website. please advise kr daniel

Hello, I just got a new laptop with windows 11. I just did the latest update to Firefox. Everything is a little large but an internet search addresses these: BUT.... The 'bookmark this page', the star in the URL line, menu is small and the fonts are micro. Zooming or changing fonts in the hamburger menu doesn't correct this. Attached. Thank you.

in the firefox browser is there any way to see the casting the browser screen to chromecast on tv. similar to 'cast to media device' in edge browser or chrome browser.

When trying to install any extensions on either the Mozilla Addons website or directly via the Extension settings, it fails to do so.

I've attached a screenshot of the Mozilla Addons website when it fails to install the extension. On some other addons that I've attempted in the past, it just shows the throbber forever.

I have checked the Multiprocess Browser Console and it says that it fails to move the file because it's locked (NS_ERROR_FILE_IS_LOCKED). I have also attached a screenshot of that.

I'm unable to load any web pages since receiving an update 4-17-24 on Windows 11. It doesn't seem likely I'll be able to get another update to fix this via the browser. What do I do? Uninstall?

Hi Every single one of my passwords is compromised according to you. Therefore I think the data breach is with Firefox . I have set up several unique passwords recently - how are they breached so soon? And why every single one. It is very suspicious. Regards Caroline
