I can not access for days my bank account at truist.com. It shows it is loading but never does. I CAN access from any other browser want to use! Truist says it is a Firefox browser issue.

Restore previous tabs stopped working after updating to 117.0.1, browser launches the home page instead. Settings unchanged since previous install (see screenshot). OS Win10.

It still appears and works normally when the website is accessed with Chrome. I have the uBlock Origin extension installed on Firefox, but it is disabled on the Sears website. Screencaps attached.

Hello dear supports i created a firefox account with my pc and i just have that on my pc not mobile and i just sync all of my info(sync now) and i would change my windows for viruses,now i reinstall firefox and singin in my acc and i dont see my pass,history,bookmarks and etc.pls help me i really need those

I am using https://infiniteajaxscroll.com on my website https://madway.net . When I scroll down and new set of topics loads, if it contains html5 video it will not load, stay loading. Works fine on Edge browser and Android browser.

Using latest Firefox.

I'm running 115.2.1esr x64 bit on Windows 7 pro. games on Facebook will not load I get 'Your browser does not support graphics API "WebGL2" error'.

In 'about:config' shows GL2 is enabled, yet Facebook games works with Google Chrome and MS Edge browsers, this seems to point to a Firefox issue.

I removed Firefox entirely, cleaning the registry etc, installed the latest version and get the same result.

Can anyone throw light on this? If need be I'll enclose

the troubleshooting info.

I don't know when it started (quite awhile), but when I go to some websites even in FF safe mode, I wait a long time but get nothing displayed and it stops spinning/waiting (the circle arrow upper left stops). Occasionally when I reload, it comes up but usually it doesn't. Other websites it works fine.

In fact, if I browse to some websites, sit and wait awhile, then go to chrome or edge, type in the same website, the page displays even while FF is sitting there waiting.

ebay.com seems to work great, but for instance this morning, this one doesn't: https://www.crowdpac.com/news/741938 but sometimes this works: https://www.crowdpac.com then try it again (refresh) and it never responds.

And in fact, I'm using Edge to submit this question because when I browsed to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop#search in Firefox/Safe and clicked on the Sign-In/Up button, nothing happened. With Edge it worked fine and I'm able to type this in.

I want to make the bottom scroll bar specially to be appeared only on hover and not when scrolling or even make it 100% transparent? I really dont want the bottom scrollbar to interface

I use Firefox v118.0b9 with Windows 11 and the clipboard api works as expected. However, I have a friend in Denmark that uses Firefox v117.0.1 with Windows 10. He tells me that the copy to clipboard function that works for me doesn't work for him.

There are 5 buttons with copy icons. Each copies a specific puzzle solution or the puzzle itself. Is there a reason it does not work with that version of Firefox but does work with the version I use?

As I use Firefox throughout the day, webpages will just stop for a bit. Sometimes its only a few seconds, other times for a few minutes. It is most noticeable when playing videos but does happen at other times as well. During the halt, I can still access Firefox's settings and all menu items. It is just website interactions that stop.

For example, when a halt occurs on youtube, the video will eventually stop, depending on the buffer, and scrolling through the comments won't pull up any more and replies won't load. Then after a few moments, everything will start working again without issue, and all the uncompleted actions (such as opening new replies or trying to go to another page) will execute.

I used to think it was related to my computer's connection to our company's access server, but refreshing my connection through a CMD ipconfig /renewall worked so rarely that I assume it was just coincidental timing.

I also tried turning off hardware acceleration, but that had no positive effect. I'll make a separate post about that issue.

The thing that fixes it every time is odd: launching Chrome. I wanted to make sure it was just Firefox, so I tried launching Chrome, and then Firefox started working immediately. (Spotify still plays when Firefox halts too)

Is there anything I can adjust to keep this halting from happening? I can manage right now, but it is sort of annoying to launch Chrome every time.

Since 117(Beta)I have an issue with Firefox refusing to apply the update it downloaded. I've tried searching left and right on the internet for a solution and one does work which is installing the newer version of the browser each time myself. But this is ofcourse not a solution in the long run.

It tries now to apply the update 118b9 to stable version 118 and it did downloaded just fine and asked me if I wanted to close the program to let it update which always worked. I've tried different DNS to see if that could be the problem, tried a clean default profile to see if that helped, I haven't tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, due to me losing my passwords and what not.

I also tried to run the stable version to see if the issue was still there and it is still there, so me using the beta channel isn't the issue here.

After Windows11 last udates, audio disabled in only the Firfox browser (such as when using Youtube and all other audio included sites) while audio working properly in Microsoft internet browser and in rest of my PC apps, I tried many ways including update firefoxB , tweaking windows11 but all with no result.

Many websites I use on a regular basis have become unusable on firefox which i have used for over a decade. I can't change my Flickr cover photo because the pop up window is too huge, can't view a complete google doc because the thing is enormous, etc. The issue is that I MUST have the ability to set text in firefox to larger and I do so via the view - zoom in and zoom text only options. I have to have this ability because I have a visual disability. I do not have this issue using chrome but I detest chrome and want to keep using firefox, but entire portions of windows are cut off when they open up and I can't access them by zooming out either. The only thing that changes is the text gets so small that it is totally unreadable. This is a HUGE problem for me. I will NOT change my default windows setting to try and fix a firefox issue because that then screws up my window sizes for games, programs etc for my other software that I also use daily. So I won't be changing what works for 20 programs via windows settings to make ONE browser work better. This is a firefox problem, and firefox needs to fix it. I have tried multiple solutions cited online and nothing is working. If firefox is trying to get rid of it's users with visual disabilities, this is the way to go. Here is an image link that shows the issue on flickr. Hello I do not know if anybody is aware of this minor issue but Firefox Screenshot Tool Cause a 1px Space at The Left Side of Image. When you take a screenshot of an image with firefox tool then edit it on photoshop like image editors you will see that a 1px empty space at the left of the image. Firefox 117.0.1 Windows 10.0.19045 Build 19045 Unable to download statements on Barclaycard site. Just spent ages with Barclaycard chat who continued to say Firefox does not support pdf even though I said I was downloading on many other sites no problems. On Barclaycard site I did a transaction search and downloaded the result as a pdf OK. pdf downloads open directly in Adobe reader. Trying to download a statement does nothing, no error, just nothing. Microsoft Edge works ok. Been using Firefox for years on this site no problem. A latest Firefox update problem?

I have been running into an issue any time that I try to open Firefox, I recive a pop up stating "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."

I have tried all of the suggestions noted within the Mozilla support and documentation.

I am running Windows 11 and was using my machine normally. I cleared the cache within Firefox under the settings and was able to use the browser for 20 more minutes without any issue. I tried to open a second Firefox window and received the Profile Missing error. From here I closed out instance of Firefox which I had open and tried to open up Firefox again. I was greeted with the same "Profile Missing" error.

When I navigate to the location of the Firefox profile (%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\) there exists a profiles.ini file along with a "Profiles" folder.

I have tried deleting the profiles.ini file, as the Mozilla documentation says that doing so will cause Firefox to generate a new profile, however after doing so I continue to receive the "Profile Missing" error.

I am unable to access the Profile Manager within Firefox to make changes to a profile or create a new one as stated within the Mozilla documentation, due to the application being blocked by the "Profile Missing" error causing the browser not to open.

I just purchased bose 700s and I can hear noises for a fraction of a second every time I move the video forward beyond what is already in the buffer. On chrome the scrubbing is perfectly fine.

It is really annoying, any help? Thanks!

pd. I noticed this doesn't happen with another pair of headphones so the 700s in themselves play a factor. However it never happens when using chrome so I guess is the combination of the two-

My Firefox tab crashes often. I eventually need to reboot Firefox. My Windows 11 patches is always up to date and I did system checkups often. I cleared cache files too.

I tried `firefox` `firefox-esr` `thunderbird``firefox -P`. I also deleted `~/.mozilla`, `firefox -p presaved-profile-dir` stay the same.

the `firefox binary` and the `profile dir` are all useful because I saved them to zip file and use them every day. So is there any other dir besides the 2 dir which fails the startup? even thunderbird fail with the same reason.
