Using MF 4.0 Beta 8, just updated and the icon from noscript has moved from bottom right to bottom left and a small x now appears on the add-on bar. Not sure how to fix this, when i try to move it to the right corner it just moves back!!!!, as well as this the (hoping people from MF reading this) the cross on the add-on bar that is now used to close it is pointless and infuriating me at the moment, really really annoying, a question here also am i able to remove this cross from the view of my eyes???

Drag the flexible spacer to the left of the NoScript icon, to shove the contents all the way to the right-side of the Add-on bar. That was changed in 4.0b8 for, how it was in 4.0b7. Probably going to be that way for the release of 4.0.

You can drag a flexible space to the left of that icon in the View > Toolbars > Customize window.

Wow, between the new Yahoo Mail, and the new Firefox 6, checking email, and browsing is a little more difficult. Who's idea was it to put the add-ons like NoScript right above the Windows Start button. Clicking on the NoScript icon has to be a very accurate placing of the cursor, or the start menu opens up. Other than that, the browser is fast and clean.

Inserting a flexible space is NOT a solution, it's a hack. The addon bar being on the left now also brings with it the window resizing handle (at least under WinXP) that can't go anywhere beside the lower right corner.

Imagine grabbing the resizing handle where it is on the left now and trying to resize your window and all the chaos that can ensue.

If you don't understand, here is a screen shot of what it looks like (note the resizer handle to the immediate right of the addon icons).

The other problem with using a flexible space to pad to the right is that it prevents other addons that make use of the rest of the addon bar space like Status-4-Evar from working.

So is this a bug that belongs in bugzilla?
