I have Firefox browser on my Android cellphone and I want to import bookmarks and history from my laptop which has a Edge browser. Thanks.

Hi
You will need to install Firefox on your laptop, import your bookmarks into Firefox, then follow the prompts to use Firefox Sync to sync them to Firefox for Android.
