Hello,

If you purchased your VPN subscription and associated it with a non-existent email, provide me with that email in a reply to the direct message I just sent you so I can proceed with canceling/refunding said subscription. After this, you can re-subscribe through vpn.mozilla.org, just remember to associate your subscription with a working email.

RNAlheid @ mozilla.org Or RNAlheid @ mozilla.com

I did this because @mozilla.xxx was the default in the window while I was signing up. I thought I was setting up a new e-mail account with Mozilla in addition to the VPN service.

I have the exact same issue. I signed up for a Firefox VPN service. It appeared that the signup window wanted me to create a firefox email account. So I used jimr2525 at firefox com to purchase the subscription. I don't have access to this email account as it doesn't exist. I would like a full refund and to cancel this account. I also have this issue. Purchased Mozilla VPN and when instructed, entered a new (bad) email address. Now, I cannot access bad email address and cannot download Mozilla VPN to cancel subscription within 30 day return. Please help.

I'm not sure what my situation is. Mozilla support shows that I have a live account but Mozilla VPN invites me to pay another $10. Whatever. I haven't been able to make heads or tails of it so could I have my money back which was paid yesterday under the e-mail account of [email]@gmail.com
