Being charged for VPN but Mozilla shows no subscription

I am currently being charged for Mozilla VPN however a few months ago the service stopped being associated with my Mozilla account. The subscription is for Mozilla's VPN and I am using the Mozilla VPN client (I'm not mistakenly trying to sign into Nord with my Mozilla account or anything like that). The account I am being charged on is the same as the account I am attempting to sign in on. How do I cancel in this situation?

Update: It looks like I might be receiving email confirmations of payment but not actually being charged. Either way, as best as I can tell, there is no way to contact non community based support without mozilla registering a paid service on the account.

thank you so much for posting on the forum! At the moment it is only possible to contact Mozilla VPN support through the app itself, that is correct. We are working on adding a feature, where you will be able to contact support via your Firefox account in the browser, but this is a long term project.

I can help you by checking your email address to confirm, if your subscription has been cancelled (which I am assuming, since you do not actually get charged.) I will reach out to you in a private DM so you can send me your email address and I will reach out to you directly.
