I've been patiently using Lockwise as my password manager despite its hobbled experience. So every time I create a new account while on my mobile and I'm asked to create a password, I go to my other password manager (eWallet), re-use a card to generate a password, then save the password to my notes app and hope to remember to copy that to Lockwise later when I'm at my computer.

For the love of god, please just add the feature to create logins and generate passwords in Lockwise while on mobile.

I think more information might be necessary. Can you provide a step-by-step? For example, I just tested:

  1. Start Firefox Lockwise (Android)
  2. Clicked the (+) icon in the bottom right to add a new login
  3. Filled out the information for domain, username & password
  4. Exited out and crashed the application as expected.
  5. Relaunched the application, dragged down & released to force a sync.
  6. Crash the application again
  7. In Firefox (Desktop), forced a sync
  8. Viewed in Passwords/Password Manager that the new domain I added was present.

However, it sounds like this is not the steps you are taking/action you are trying to perform. What are the exact steps?

Okay. I was too general and assumed that the iOS experience was the mobile experience. I'm using Lockwise on iOS. On Lockwise for iOS, there's no (+) button. So I guess my request is to port that functionality from Android to iOS.

Gotcha. I would guess that it would probably be best to submit a feature request? I did a quick search and came across this answer: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1274327 , which lead to me an answer noting a bugzilla link for suggestions: https://github.com/mozilla-lockwise/lockwise-addon

Perhaps an official report there could help? BTW, thanks for the iOS clarification. Apparently it makes all the difference :-)
