I noticed my time was set incorrectly in windows because I had recently installed Linux alongside windows. I updated my time and the sign in loop was fixed which let me download the VPN client.

To Dubs, thanks a lot. Like me, the time in windows10 was not set correctly. Allways Microsoft d'ont set automatic time when you start a new session. And plus whith new recently updates. Thanks.

I've had the same problem with the circular bs. I don't have an incorrect date & time, for me that has nothing to do with it. It just seems these 'people' are more worried about collecting the money than providing the service... They can't even get the automated email reply to work, why are we surprised this doesn't.. ..
