constant crashes on galaxy s5
Firefox crashes constantly on my galaxy Mobil phone. How do I fix it. I keep sending in crash reports but to no avail. Ever since the last update it's been unbearable.

Hi.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Firefox for Android. Also, try clearing cached storage, which will be similar to: open Android Settings, tap “Apps”, find “Firefox” and clear the cached storage (not data!).
If this doesn’t work for you, please come back here and we can look into a different solution.
Tried clearing the cached twice but it's still crashing all the time. I also have the latest version of firefox, and after I updated that's when the crashes got worse. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Ray
Have you installed many other apps on your device?
No, I haven't downloaded any apps in years. I don't believe in them, and use Firefox for everything. When Mozilla changed , I've had nothing but trouble. I couldn't respond to emails on yahoo, all of my type was unreadable. When that was fixed the crashes started. After the last update , it was worse. Constant crashes which forced me to use Chrome. It got a little better after I emptied my cache, but is still crashing.
From the symptoms you are describing and the age of your device, I can only sugguest that your devices memory is probably rather full. Freeing up some space will help with what you are seeing, as will clearing the history in Firefox for Android.
