I've lost my passwords in Firefox on my mac laptop? But I still have them within the phone app. The phone app is not syncing correctly though.

I'm not 100% sure, but I did needed to reset my account password a few weeks back, and I think it may have happened at that point.

Can anyone help, as the app doesn't appear to be working (syncing) correctly but does have the passwords, and the laptop just shows nothing.

Thanks in advance

Are you sure this is the Lockwise app and not the Lockwise Password Manager in Firefox ?

The Lockwise app on a mobile device retrieves the logins from the Firefox Account (Sync) server. If you have reset the password of the Firefox Account used for Sync there the logins on the server should have been gone unless another Firefox Account is used.

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

You may have to close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for available about pages).

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see whether recent Sync logs are available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
