Locked Out of Lockwise
I recently was trying to do some editing in my Lockwise app. But when I started I was sent to a screen that asked for my PIN/Password. I didn't recall ever setting up a PIN for the app. Now I am locked out of the app with no apparent resolve for me. Also, I no longer have access to my logins and passwords that are stored in Lockwise. HELP, PLEASE. Thank you.

Isn't that the PIN (or screen lock password) you use to lock applications on Android ?
Easiest is usually to use the fingerprint scanner to unlock apps like Lockwise.

So i just had basically this issue on my Win10 desktop, with FF nightly.
Turns out it just started integrating with some default Window 10 security; I put in my *windows* username and password and it unlocked.
I have seen stuff like that on android, but 100% did not expect that on the desktop. Warn people if you do something like that, Mozilla!
Yes, on Windows this is a new feature in current Nightly 76.0a1 builds and Firefox will prompt for the Windows password when you do not use a master password in Firefox.
This response does not help me. lock wise on my iPhone routinely locks up or more accurately no longer recognizes my account. this is always when I'm away from my lap top or desk top and unable to access my pass words. very annoying. The only way I have found to fix the problem is to delete the app reload and sync with my computer so all the pass words are loaded on the phone. Can anyone help.
