When I follow links the pages stay blank

After attempting the faq solutions I thought I'd rtfm. Nothing suggested has helped and I've had to resort to using the Samsung Internet browser instead.

My device is an Honor 8X with SD card as default storage location. Sometimes that is an issue with some apps but changing it to internal storage default never fixed the problem either.

Any ideas? Delete Firefox maybe?
