Will Nook HD+ be supported on FF 56?
We received a notice on our Nook that FF will not be supported in the future, but the link to a support article failed. Please advise. If push comes to shove, I may be able to root this device with an SD/TF bootable card, but I'd rather not have to do that. Why all the effort? The display is gorgeous and my wife loves it.

The device appears to be based on Android 4.0 (API 15). Which Firefox is ending support for in v56. Android 4.0 makes up less than 1% of active devices.
You should be able to continue to use v55 for the foreseeable future.

Thank you for the response. Various posts concerning the Nook indicate it is running Android 4.0, others insist it is 4.1. I have a spare and will try a self boot SD with a support version before I inflict it on my spouse.
