Unable to play any videos in Firefox 54

I was unable to play any videos since Firefox 54. It always shows gray screen with textline "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt". Tried rolling back to Firefox 52 & 53 fixed the issue, still got this issue with Firefox 56 (current Nightly ver).

Device name: Zenfone 2 ZE551ML Firefox: 54.0 OS: Android 6.0.1
