WIFI (pem) Certificate import failed

more options

Hello, I'm trying to connect to the university Wifi network (in Europe is eduroam). To connect to this network I have to provide a certificate file so I do the following:

Wifi configuration>Manage certificates>Import certificate>select the file(pem certificate)>Done

And after that I get an error saying that the import failed and that it is probably due to a damaged certificate file. This can't be the case because I am currently using the same certificate file in my laptop and used to use it in one android phone when I had one.

Some information about the network: Wifi security: WPA-EAP; EAP: TTLS; Phase 2 authentication: PAP;

Some information about my phone: Brand: ZTE; Model: qcom; Software: B2G 2.2.0.0-prerelease; Build Number: eng..20140505.045022;

Any suggestion will be welcomed!! Thanks in advance, Jose.
