I've got an ALCATEL one touch with Forefox OS ver. 1.30. My Question: Will this smartphone further be supported by Firefox OS? Even there are already higher Firefox OS versions available for other devices, nothing has changed so far for my device :-( best regards Tensor

Thank you Philipp for your answer, I think you're right! ALCATEL ONETOUCH now is a product brand of "TCL Communication", its service should be the right address for my question. The link is http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/support/faq.html and I'll try it! best regards Tensor

hello Tensor, there are different firefox os devices in the "alcatel onetouch" range (fire, fire c, fire e) - which one are you referring to?

hi phlipp, its name is simply "ALCATEL ONE TOUCH FIRE"; regards Tensor

ok, thanks tensor - firefox os 1.3 is the latest available update on the onetouch fire. other alcatel devices like the fire e already received an update to 2.0 but i'm not sure if they will bring it to all of their devices. unfortunately, we don't have any specific information about carriers or update releases as this is up to the manufacturers. please contact the alcatel's support channels for questions about future updates to the onetouch fire.
