CSS/JS not loading without refresh on hosted webapp

I have created a hotsted web app for firefox os. Though on simulator it works fine but on phone after browsing through 2-3 pages css/js fails to load properly. I have to use refresh button in chrome below to load the resources. I have my app installed on Intex Clound FX7 phone.
