Bonjour, Quand on m'envoie une invitation par mail et que je l'accepte il est créé un rendez-vous dans le calendrier "Mon agenda" de thunderbird. Pour que je puisse voir ces invitation dans google agenda il faudrait que google soit synchronisé avec "Mon agenda" de thunderbird. Je n'arrive pas à le faire. Par avance Merci. Fabrice Jalinier

I followed the instructions to install flatpak and then firefox (from the Mozilla pages) and got to the end, but Firefox was not not the path. There was a shell script in/home/edg/.local/share/flatpak/app/org.mozilla.firefox/x86_64/stable/869b4e0279ab4475432b2930ae5d583b7a0e00bac1078b8848d163820a152fa5/files/bin/firefox but it led to /app/lib/firefox/firefox. The /app directory doesn't exist.

Not sure what is wrong.

I have no organization.... why is this at the top of my settings and how do I get rid of it

also how do I get more shortcuts on the main home screen.... I checked 4 rows and it only shows 1 and one half row

I'm using Firefox in a kiosk-mode application, on a Raspberry Pi based system, started from a bash script like this:

However on booting I get a banner from Mozilla along the top of the screen saying: "Firefox automatically sends some data to Mozilla so that we can improve your experience [Choose what I share]"

This is not acceptable in kiosk mode, as it would give users access to the configuration as well as being a visual annoyance. How can we disable this?

Annoyingly it also displays the same configuration pop-up with various screens you have to go through, clicking Skip this step before you can start browsing. I reset the Home Page to my preference. But next time I start Firefox it reverts to the Welcome and forgets all settings.

Desktop PC running latest Thunderbird and Firefox. Started Thunderbird, instead of the usual tabs opening, it appears to have forgotten my accounts, asks for my email address, i.e. starting from scratch again. Starting Firefox, all previously-open tabs have gone, though bookmarks are all there.

Has there been some update which has wiped or reset Mozilla data? Yes, obviously I can go through setting up Thunderbird again but that will take quite some time and yes, I can use Firefox but many of the tabs I had open were there for a reason and it will take a while to find them all again.

Is there any way that the previous state can be recovered? My laptop has both applications running fine and I have paused Windows updates for a week, just in case the latest update caused this. Thank you.

Firefox web browser when utilizing its online advertising is attempting to install malware(addons.browse-privately.net [URL:Malvertising]). [P.S. My antivirus is up-to-date!] My Avast Security software catches and stops it. In addition, whenever I start Firefox the session which was saved from previous use opens along with an additional instance briefly. ???

Hello. Is there a way I can stop Firefox opening a new tab, every time I start the app? It’s driving me crazy. I have read online about how to access debug, but the feature they talk about doesn’t seem to be available, and those posts were quite old. Would love for this to stop happening. Please help. I finally got firefox downloaded and installed on my new Asus computer but was having trouble setting Firefox/mozilla as my browser. I thought it might be the Microsoft security measures interfering with it but not sure now.

Can not open Java script in browser, following error is appear

"JavaScript:newWindow(‘/ servlet/FormBuilder? action=showFBReportld=1405x21853&crud=update’);"

I am a novice in Thunderbird on Android (version 8.2). I have uploaded my settings from my desktop, where there is

       <value key="uploadSentMessages">true</value>

So, I expect that the emails I send will be stored in the folder where there is the message I reply to.

But unfortunately, they are not there. I tried to find them in Sent, Archive... but did not succeed anywhere.

For nearly a year, now, I've been very happily receiving my YouTube comment notifications regularly and quite satisfyingly. Since this latest update, suddenly they are not showing up in any part of my INBOX, when I check my e-mail.

I've checked all the settings I can find, regarding notifications -- both on YouTube and Thunderbird. I changed a couple of things that shouldn't have made any difference, and they didn't.

I have three YouTube channels, and I tried switching to my earliest one as the "official" one that uses my lindawing2@gmail.com e-mail sign-in, hoping that that might make things work again. I had it set, before to my Grandma's Got Grace channel (which is my third channel), and that didn't make any difference, either. My other channel is Grandma's Gone Gaming. It also uses lindawing2@gmail.com for my sign-in. So I didn't bother trying to change over to that one.

I'm still getting ALL (and that's a huge listing every day) of my notifications under the bell, in the YouTube menu, but I don't care for the way those work. I MUCH prefer the way the Thunderbird e-mail has been processing those notifications for quite some time, now ... until the latest update.

This is very frustrating. The change has also affected notifications that I usually get from other channels (those by friends who have their own websites and/or chat channels set up, that allow me to ask for notifications of messages they send me).

I'm getting NO notifications at all, in my Thunderbird app, now. Period.

I frequently (almost after every use), close all browser tabs and clear cache and website data. I would love a shortcut or simpler way to do this without having to drill down so far in settings. Is there a way to create a shortcut for this?
