I tried to export my Pocket links because they're shutting down. The export I received doesn't include any tags, which makes it pretty much useless. How do I get one with the tags, so I can import to a different tool?

I am using Mozilla in Android.

Collection is a handy tool to open commonly required websites. While selecting a saved website to open, I have unknowingly selected X and my collection got deleted.

How to recover them. There can be a better way.

Can there be an Undo option. Avoid both Opening or deleting option in one line. Separate screen for Management of Collection.

I want to synch the bookmarks on my new Android phone to those on my old Android phone. Whenever I try to use this facility it seems to synch with my desktop, which I don't want. What am I doing wrong, please?

sorry - looks like my WiFi connection to the desktop was kicking in rather than pairing with the second phone. No need to respond to this query but I am not sure how to close it.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if it's possible to sync downloads across Firefox devices. I lost my phone recently and I had a LOT of downloads on it that I couldn't backup to the cloud. Is it possible to somehow make those available through another device, like my laptop that has Firefox?

Deleted the app then reinstall it and logged in but there's no passwords no bookmarks no collections no nothing, Is there absolutely no way to recover my old bookmarks and passwords?

What's the point of having to sign in and make an account if everything going to disappear just because I deleted the app and then reinstall it?

I have a problem with the sync function after one of the last Firefox updates - I think it was 133.x.

Firefox for Android now only offers the options sorted “in alphabetical order” or “newest/oldest” in the bookmarks display - for ALL folders and ALL bookmarks. The same now applies to adding bookmarks after a later update (138.x?).

I need the old mode or an additional mode “unsorted”, which provides the same (probably designed!) sort order of my desktop Firefox in Android Firefox after sync. After this unsuccessful update, I can no longer use the Firefox sync. I see that I am not the only one, many users also have this problem.

Can someone please help me with this problem? Will there be a correction or improvement or a cancellation of this extremely unfortunate change?

Hello, hope you're doing well So I deleted the app by accident, downloaded again , tried to sign in but I forgot the password so I reset it and signed in normally, however there's no bookmarks, no past history tabs, and most importantly no passwords, everything is gone, tried syncing multiple times but it didn't work.

Mozilla article says go to the three dot option and tap 'Synchronise and save data..' Afraid there's no sign of such an option.

Firefox on Android always opens on a private tab.

I'm trying to link my accounts I don't know what to do I don't know how to do it I don't have my email or my phone number to my SSA account so I don't know what to do

I'm trying to sync data from my computer to my phone. When I go to the settings, there is NO "sync and save data " option on my phone. So, how then do I sync and save?

I got a new samsung and attempted to transfer tabs from one phone to another, however anything that ive tried or searched, either didnt match my issue or it simply didnt work. "Sync now" doesnt work and all of that.

Recently had to reinstall a Progressive web app and found out I had deleted my firefox settings when I cleared the cache and clear Data under app storage.

Now after signing into my Mozilla account and clicking Sync in the account settings nothing happens.

Ive signed into my desktop computer and made a bookmark backup but for some reason theres no option to import from the android app.

I wrote down my recovery key and hit the download button, and my screen went to a blank page, with aboutblank as a header, and wouldn't go any further. I hit my back key and it took me to my Firefox search page. I still need to finish setting up my recovery key info, etc... how do I get back into finish setting up?
