When using Bing as the search engine, typing in Chinese returns garbled text and malformed URL suggestions. This also occurs when visiting bing.com directly and typing in Chinese into the search box; however, English input works perfectly fine. Other search engines (such as Google, Baidu, DuckDuckGo) do not have this issue. The problem is specific to Firefox—it does not occur on Chrome. I have tried reinstalling Firefox and clearing all data, but the issue persists. However, it disappears when I use an extension to spoof Firefox's user agent to mimic Chrome。However, extensions cannot be used on the homepage, so this issue is essentially unfixable

For years, I've been using FF on desktop (Linux), tablet (Android) and phone (Android - Samsung S24+). Sync has never been a problem until two weeks ago when FF on the phone has either refused to sync when I tapped the command, or hasn't synced for many hours or sometimes days (which is why I tried to do it manually). So, I signed out of my FF account on all 3 devices and then signed back in. The desktop computer and tablet are syncing normally, but the phone still won't sync. When I tap the 3-dot menu on the phone and then my name, it says the phone has NEVER been synced and tapping the sync command does nothing. Under "Choose what to sync", all options are checked, but greyed out. Can't change them, in other words. When I access bookmarks on the phone, it properly shows what was there before the last sync. The phone is running FF version 150.0 Build 2016155439

My internet provider retired domain name "@q.com" and changed my account to "@myctl.net". How can I update Firefox?

If possible, please fix the bugs in the update which disabled my ability to enjoy using firefox. I used to use Firefox to listen to YouTube to get past the ads and I could turn my phone off with Firefox continuing to run in the background allowing me to continue listening. after an update to Firefox occurred, the Firefox app would stop running in the background when I turned the screen off on my new Samsung phone.

Well on May 14th it said in synced all my data on fire fox. I guess because I downloaded what's app and put my telephone number in my computer. Plus this is a school computer. Will that hurt anything.

Conditions: - Only Firefox Android + Bing reproduces. - Other search engines do not reproduce. - Other browsers do not reproduce. - Network-independent. - Fresh Firefox profile still reproduces. - Clearing data / disabling suggestions did not resolve it.

Dear Mozilla Support Team, I am writing to request your assistance in recovering my Firefox/Mozilla account. I have unfortunately lost access to the authenticator app used for my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Furthermore, I do not have my backup recovery codes saved. However, I am the rightful owner of the account and I currently have full access to the registered email address associated with it: riadchowdhury908@gmail.com I understand Mozilla's strict security and privacy policies. Is there any way to verify my identity through my registered email address or perform a manual review to disable the 2FA on my account?
